I already left a review on Google, but I want to add a few more details. The only truly good thing about this hotel was the female receptionist — she was excellent.

Cons:

On the other hand, the guy working at the bar seemed completely uninterested. He behaved as if we were visiting him at his home, not as guests in a hotel. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00. On the first day we went at 09:00 — the coffee was empty. When I asked for a refill, his facial expression said everything. Then I went
for eggs, which were also empty. When I asked for eggs, he first had to check if they were really finished, and then he made just one portion, as if it never crossed his mind that other guests might also want eggs for breakfast he for sure had enough time to watch videos on his phone unfortunately loud to again bother us.On the second day we went at 08:00. Again, the eggs were empty, but at least I got coffee without having to ask. I know it’s not an expensive hotel, but providing coffee and eggs is the absolute minimum. And please, dear EOS Hotel, check when the coffee cups were last washed — it’s really not acceptable Also, you cannot offer “salad choices” and only have tomatoes.

Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage, um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen; sehr gutes Frühstück; Zimmer waren angemessen, ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt.

Not a good experience
Pros:

Situated a good 15 min walk from the centre of this beautiful baroque city makes this hotel not central and not worthy of recommendation. The best thing was breakfast with pastries and beautiful cakes, plus meat and cheese but the tables were bar so you had to get up and down off these to get breakfast. Not ideal.
The room we had was inward facing but you couldn't see out due to the covering on the windows, giving the room a claustrophobic feel. I was glad we only stayed one night.
We asked for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning, which was ordered by the receptionist. The taxi that came was terrible. No AC, the inside was dirty and the seats sticky. The driver was over 15 mins late and stopped on the way to get petrol. We were told they would take credit card payment but he wouldn't, only cash and we had to find a machine at the airport to get some money a lot of running around. Not a good end to our visit to Puglia.
