Pros:

Odaları geniş ve yüksek tavanlı ferah. Mutfağı gayet iyi ve kullanışlı idi.

An der Sauberkeit muss noch gearbeitet werden, es war noch Dreck und Haare und finden. Am schlimmsten war aber der Teller mit Pizzaresten auf dem Schrank.

séjour d'une semaine très agréable.
Pros:

hôtel proche métro ligne U2 Eberswalderstrasse et des lignes de tram , personnel réception agréable, appartement propre, salle de bain bien éclairée. ménage quotidien ,chambre sur cours très calme. quartier animé

Cons:

matelas trop mou, pas de grille pain ds la kitchenette , peu de vaisselle (pas de mug, pas de bol) et connexion wifi un peu défaillante. chambre au rez de chaussée un peu sombre et accès au balcon étroit.

Die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit der Angestellten.

Cons:

Hier müssten mal die Handwerker im Zimmer 112 unbedingt was tun. Die Mischbatterie müsste erneuert werden und der Heizkörper müsste mal ,entweder ausgewechselt oder gestrichen werden. Das Treppenhaus zum Hotelzimmer 112 ist nicht gerade einladend. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Ich habe ein Comfort-Zimmer für eine Person für 145€ für eine Nacht gebucht und ein Zimmer unterm Dach mit einem schmalen Bett, verschlissenen Sitzmöbeln, auf die man sich nicht setzen mochte sowie Dachfenstern, die beim Öffnen fast rausgefallen sind und eine so schlecht Verdunkelung hatten, das der Raum um 5h morgens bereits hell war. Weiterhin war im Bad der Spiegel halb verrostet und auch die. Heizung über der Tür, die ich glücklicherweise nicht benötigt habe. Auch der Toilettendeckel war abgestoßen. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war sicherlich älter als 10 Jahre, sehr klein und hatte kein Empfang der öffentlich rechtlichen Programme wie ARD und ZDF und auch sonst nur wenige Programme, wie Astro TV.
Ich habe noch nie ein derart schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erlebt.

Bettenburg. Steckdosen an den Betten haben nicht funktioniert. Habe es beanstandet und ein anderes Bett bekommen, aber da hat es auch nicht funktioniert. Viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt…

Dejligt ophold på roligt hotel.
Pros:

Super beliggenhed tæt på restauranter og transportmuligheder. Roligt hotel og flinkt personale.

Cons:

Ikke meget at sige. Som andre har bemærket lidt slidt, men ikke noget problematisk. Udsugningen på badeværelset på vores værelse var noget træg, men vi kunne blot lave gennemtræk, så ikke noget større problem. Internettet var til tider lidt ustabilt.

LOVED IT!
Pros:

All the images of Tsar Nikolai II were a lovely touch. Hallways nice and wide. Good space in the bedroom and hot shower. Bed was comfortable and location was great and we liked the balcony and we saw lots of pigeons and one (1) hooded crow.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit stinky after a while cause there was no fan just a heater. Also a fancier tv would have been nice.

Gut gelegen und ruhig, aber mit ein paar Abstrichen, trotzdem durchaus ok mit freundlichem Personal.

Gute Lage, ruhig, gute Matratze

Cons:

Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, relativ klein trotz „Superior Apartment mit Balkon“, Küchenzeile ok, aber recht spartanisch ausgestattet. Und ein wenig lästig war auch, dass es am Bett keine Steckdose gab (zum Handy aufladen).

Passabel wegen der aus der Buchung nicht ersichtlichlichten Unterbringung im Wohnblock.
Pros:

Zimmer ok, Lage gut(selbst ausgewählt, daher kein Kriterium), TG-Stellplatz für PKW(kostenpflichtig).
Umzug in das Appartmenthaus wäre kostenfrei möglich gewesen. Ich habe jedoch erst am vorletzten Tag danach gefragt, daher keine Option mehr.

Cons:

Anhand der Bilder hatten wir eine Unterbringung im Appartmenthaus erwartet. Statt dessen waren wir im davor liegenden Wohnblock untergebracht, was aus der Buchung nicht zu ersehen war.

Le petit déjeuner était bon et complet, le personnel était à l'écoute et aimable, l'hôtel se trouve en face d'une station de métro, il y a plusieurs resto sympa à côté, grande chambre avec cuisine et balcon

Cons:

Hôtel très ancien, carrelage cassé dans le toilette de notre chambre par exemple. Veseille pas propre.
