Prima verblijf met metro voor de deur.
Pros:

Je komt binnen via een lelijke deur, waarna je op een eerste binnenplaats komt, iets verderop ligt nog een 2e binnenplaats, daar ligt het daadwerkelijk hotel.
Daar is het erg rustig, het ligt aan een drukke weg,
je hoort nauwelijks iets van de zeer drukke weg met bovengrondse metro, tram en druk verkeer.

Cons:

Sommige dingen waren wat gedateerd en hebben wat onderhoud nodig, maar alles was wel erg netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Hier werden einfach ein paar Bilder von einem damaligen Zaren an die Wand gehangen und schon verkauft man es als Zarenhotel und wirbt mit viel Ruhe im Innenhof. In Wahrheit ist es eine Jugendherberge mit harten abgenutzten Betten und laut gröhlenden Gruppen von Jugendlichen, die nachts an die Türen kloppen. Wir sichteten mehrere Ratten im Innenhof und auch das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Man bestätigte uns einen Tisch zum Geburtstag zu dekorieren. Unser Kind freute sich darauf aber die Dame vom Frühstücksservice hatte nichts vorbereitet und als unser Kind meinte es habe heute Geburtstag wurde es ignoriert. Aber die Anzahl der Personen wurde akribisch geprüft. Kein Tisch war zum Frühstück überhaupt eingedeckt, der Joghurt war abgelaufen, der Salat aus der Dose, der Kaffee ungenießbar und das Rührei hart. Uns wurde nichtmal angeboten draußen zu frühstücken. Von dieser Möglichkeit erfuhren wir im Nachhinein. Unsere Zimmerkarte funktionierte am Tag des Check outs gar nicht mehr. Es ist eine Aneinanderreihung von alten Wohnungen mit einem Code und Menschen, die dich auf der Toilette beobachten können bei angeklapptem Fenster. Keine Lobby, nichtmal Tischdecken beim Frühstück. Nie wieder.

Etwas alt, aber sehr ruhig und sauber
Pros:

Sauber, hohe Räume, überraschend ruhig gelegen und kaum Geräusche innerhalb des Hauses zu hören

Cons:

Es dauert eine Weile, bis man am Zimmer ist, weil man einen separaten Eingang nehmen muss, dann durch ein Gebäude in einen Hinterhof, diesen durchqueren, dann in ein anderes Gebäude, dann erst mit dem Lift nach oben und dann durch das halbe Gebäude laufen. Dafür war das Zimmer allerdings auch wirklich ruhig.
Ausstattung hat bessere Tage gesehen, aber alles sauber.
