According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Um pequeno lapso na arrumação do quarto. Não havia sabonete líquido no lavabo do banheiro, e assim permaneceu o tempo todo em que estive hospedado. Não reclamei pois tinha a opção do sabonete em barra para lavar as mãos, e pensava que no dia seguinte aquilo seria resolvido. Um pequeno detalhe.

Foi esquecido um par de havaianas n° 44, foi entrado em contato imediatamente, mas não tive retorno. Então, voltei pessoalmente para questionar e fui informada que não foi localizado.

Absurdo, ou o pessoal da limpeza precisa ser melhor treinado ou o quarto é inseguro e pessoas estranhas tem acesso.

Cons:

A fila do café da manhã. Muitas mesas estavam já desocupadas porém o ainda sujas, com apenas uma pessoa pra limpar tudo. Claramente a equipe disponível não era suficiente para atender todos os clientes. Não ficarei mais neste hotel por este motivo, 30 minutos de fila com criança é inviável.

O serviço de café da manhã é muito bom, no entanto, forma-se fila para entrar no restaurante. O serviço de manobrista também parece receber uma demanda maior do que a capacidade, o que torna o serviço lento.
