According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Foi o início da minha lua de mel. Ganhamos mimos pela reserva, foram muito atenciosos. Gostei do conforto das camas e espaço do quarto. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, café da manhã bastante farto. Estadia perfeita!

Sido valor do booking deu diferença com cobrança de taxa de hospedagem quase cem reais a mais. Não consegui dar banho nos meus filhos pois a água não esquentava direito. Duas horas após o checkin liguei na recepção que o ar quente do urato não estava funcionando, fui informada que por ser ar central demora esquentar. Questionei pois estava a mais de duas horas no quarto sem ele esquentar. Disseram que mandariam a manutenção olhar, fiquei esperando até o checkout e nada de manutenção. Café da manhã café frio tbm. Enfim foi só decepção. Já me hospedei em hotéis bem melhores com custo menor. Me senti lesada.
