Cons:

De kamer zat tegen de liftschacht aan en die maakte erg veel geluid. Verder was er een sterke geur in de kamer die je niet wegkreeg. Ik keek uit naar een junior suite die luxe aanvoelde maar het tegengestelde was waar. Er was bijna geen licht in de avond en de kamer was groot maar vooral heel leeg en kaal. Ik voelde me meer in een tijdelijke opslag zitten. Hier kom ik niet meer terug.

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Parkhaus direkt im Hotel
Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und alles frisch,separate Wünsche werden auch erfüllt.

Cons:

Beleuchtung aus der Tiefgarage bis zur Rezeption ist etwas zu dunkel.

The perfect place to stay
Pros:

It was a wonderful place to stay in Hamburg! We really enjoyed everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A particularly nice bonus was the sauna on one of the floors, together with the fitness room. Everything was excellent, and we had a great stay!

Sehr gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Cons:

Leider war der Aufzugschacht neben dem Zimmer und zwischen 06:00 - 23:30 war ständig ein "Rumpeln" und "Quietschen" zu hören.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, großes Zimmer, Fahrstuhl im Haus, Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Wenig Information an der Rezeption beim Check in, erst auf Anfrage wurde mitgeteilt wann die Frühstückstisch sind und wie man in die Tiefgarage kommt.
