Pros:

Quartier calme, proximité du centre ville grâce au tramway (station en face de l'hôtel). Epicerie en face de l'établissement.Professionnalisme et accueil des personnels.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique des chambres n'est pas parfaite, mais c’est inhérent à la construction et pour le prix il n’y a pas de quoi se plaindre. La direction pourrait peut-être afficher un avertissement pour les résidents qui rentrent tard la nuit.
