disgusting, dissapointing.
Pros:

The guy at the front desk was kinda helpful, but it didn't help us in general.
They refused to send our money back. I will change my attitude and sue them because they are basically stealing my money. I attached ONLY some of the hairs we found in the beds in both rooms.

Cons:

First of all, I couldn't stay at the hotel because the first room was dirty. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. Seems like the housekeeper didn't change the bed sheets; they just made the bed and left. Obviously, bedsheets were crinkly and used. After a long day, we were so tired, and we just wanted to sleep. So I first asked for new bedsheets, but then we saw hair in the other bed too. Then, they changed our room. Surprisingly, we saw hair again!!, But this time we saw body hair inside the bed. Even the front desk guy couldn't believe it. And we did an inspection together, and he agreed.
We asked for a refund, but they asked us to call the booking customer service. I called and spent two hours solving the problem. Booking said they need hotel approval, which doesn't make sense if I am experiencing such a basic hygiene problem with several pieces of recorded proof. And the next day, I saw that it was rejected. I called the property again and asked for my money back. I couldn't stay, I had to drive an extra 3-4hours back at midnight just because of them, and they still take it slowly. After I said I would probably sue you, we agreed:) Hopefully. Still, I want to see my money back in my account. They definitely have to change their housekeepers and their hygiene standards.

Cons:

Room entrance door very hard to open. Could be sa problem with someone with arthritic hands. You needed to use your shoulder to force the door open from hallway.

Great value in ecpensive Calgary
Pros:

Very convenient to shopping and departure to Banff. Great free breakfast - thats very uncommon in Calgary. Pleasant and helpful staff

Cons:

They accused me of stealing a face towel, made me go back to room to look for it. It was on the bathtub.Had to take photos and prove it was there to get my deposit back.If i was able to pay for the stay and put a damage deposit down why would I steal a face towel.. Customer service sucks do better.
