Front desk and housekeeping staff were great, helpful and friendly.
Staff at checkin/ out very friendly & efficient.
Breakfast was very nice.
Things I didn't like are below:
They could use another waffle iron, & that was a Wed.( not even a weekend.
The slightly older woman working breakfast room seemed cold , & made one feel like we were in 'her way. So congested by waffle iron.I moved the syrup to the 'right of waffle iron' because guy in front of me also found it awkward using syrup to the left, when next person is filling container provided to pour the next waffle. The room attendant immediately came between me,grabbed the syrup & put it back on the left. Honestly found that rude. I'm sure she repeats that many times each morning. Yes the microwave is there-- but maybe set up the microwave somewhere else even on a separate table! Or looking at set up, things could be shuffled to the left a bit-- before the waffle iron( we stand in line from left to right).--- then there likely would be room for that syrup to stand on a spot after cooking waffle.
Instead of letting it 'bother her' because people move it ,to use it, after cooking waffle.
Sounds like a small thing to complain about--- but it obviously 'bugs her' enough, to just Do her job--- causing no interaction with the people. A smile & a Good Morning would go a long way! She is good at her job--- but comes across as not very friendly!
Eye contact & a smile goes a long way. Not sure if she could speak English, or couldn't be bothered.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Bed was a little softer than I am used to.
Good location (highway access); nice breakfast.
Mattress was too soft for me.
The location, the cleaning crew and front desk associates were very kind and accommodating.
The parking is small, the cleaning could be improved, and there was a staff who worked in the breakfast area who was rude on multiple occasions. There are also hidden fees, and the breakfast selection was very limited

You need to replace your carpet. Your building needs renovation. It would help if you give two complimentary small bottles of water.
