El desayuno
La habitación no estaba aseada, el baño con orina en el piso y con mucho olor.
El recepcionista no fue amable con la situación.
Er werd s’ochtends voor 08:00 al twee keer door de housekeeping open gedaan terwijl wij nog in bed lagen en de kinderen lagen nog te slapen. Check out tijd was tot uiterlijk 12:00
Le personnel est très agréable ! Les chambres sont très sympas ! Concernant la propreté de la chambre rien à redire. Je venais pour mon examen il faut compter environ 25min de marche jusqu’à Jean Monnet. Je recommande !
L’emplacement proche de l’aéroport
La première chambre allouée déjà occupée par quelqu’un d’autre, la deuxième chambre avec les xx bouché et la troisième avec du bruit des autres chambres autour. A éviter donc.

Belle chambre spacieuse et propre.
Alors que je m'installais dans la chambre, un membre du personnel est entré sans frapper.
Le matin, pas d'eau chaude pour mon shampoing et ma douche. Quand je l'ai signalé à l'hôtesse d'accueil, elle m'a juste répondu, sans un regard : " C'est normal, il y a des travaux".
Réceptionniste serviable lors de l'enregistrement
Chambre non rénovée mais, surtout, absence de télécommande TV (pb heureusement résolu par le réceptionniste), absence de tasse ou gobelet sur le plateau de courtoisie, sèche-cheveux hors service dont j'attends toujours le remplaçant promis par la réception!!! Couloirs sombres et glauques.
J'ai fréquenté maintes fois cet établissement sous ses diverses enseignes passées, avec toujours beaucoup de satisfaction, mais, cette fois, ce fut on ne peut plus décevant!!! J'ai rarement connu autant de déconvenues sur un si court séjour!!!
