Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr modernes Hotel mit einer tollen Dachterrasse mit 360 Grad Blick über Barcelona.

Die Rambla ist direkt ums Eck.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und wir haben fast jeden Abend dort zu Abend gegessen.
Preislich Top und wirklich seeeeeehr lecker.

Cons:

Wenn nachts das Fenster offen ist , ist es sehr laut.
Deshalb ist es sehr gut , dass es eine Klimaanlage gibt.

Perfekter Urlaub
Pros:

hervorragendes Frühstück, die Lage ist sehr zentral es gibt viele kleine Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, toll war dass es 7 Kissen zur Auswahl gab, die Hotelbar mit dem View ist das absolute Highlight, man kann den Sonnenuntergang und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt vom Hotel beobachten.

Cons:

El hotel anuncia que dispone de aparcamiento, pero hay que reservarlo por separado. El ascensor lleva directamente al aparcamiento subterráneo que hay debajo, ¡pero no es posible aparcar allí a través del hotel! El hotel recomienda un aparcamiento subterráneo a 5 minutos. Se obtiene un «precio especial» si se es huésped del hotel. Sin embargo, quien lo reserve por adelantado en línea paga 10 euros menos. Incluso el aparcamiento subterráneo del hotel es más barato si se reserva con antelación. Pero eso ni siquiera se comunica.
La solicitud de una plaza de aparcamiento fue respondida tras el cuarto correo electrónico. Luego, de nuevo, apenas seis semanas después de nuestra estancia. Si necesitas una política exterior para tu estancia, ¡echa un vistazo a las fotos de antemano! El Rolf Top Bar fue elegido el más bonito de Barcelona. Lo entendemos perfectamente. Una vista de 360° fantástica. ¡Pero eso no es un «bar»! Es un quiosco de autoservicio, algo totalmente inaceptable para un hotel de 4 estrellas, con vasos de plástico y una selección más que limitada. ¡Ni siquiera hay personal asignado para recoger los «vasos» vacíos! Cada dos horas viene alguien con una bañera de niños y simplemente empuja todo lo que hay sobre la mesa a la bañera haciendo mucho ruido. El acceso al bar de la azotea es público. Cuando pregunté cómo se garantiza que ninguna persona no autorizada acceda a las plantas de los huéspedes, me respondieron que «tenemos UN» guardia de seguridad en la entrada y que hay videovigilancia en las plantas.
Además, el hotel ha conseguido ser el primero en 40 años de viajes de negocios en el que no se nos preguntó nada al hacer el check-out. Cita textual: «Todo está pagado. Ya pueden irse».
No volveremos a considerar Barcelona.

Viel Design, wenig Funktionalität, extrem schlechte Umgebung.

Cons:

Umgebung absolut schrecklich zwischen Obdachlosen und Drogenszene. Viele Polizeieinsätze um das Hotel herum und Abends sehr laut, Betrunkene und Obdachlose schreien sich gegenseitig an.

Lage aber relativ OK um das meiste zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Dusche war leider schimmlig und die WC Tür war nur sehr schwer zu öffnen. Generell wenig Ablageflächen.

Personal ist freundlich.

Preis-Leistung absolut schlecht für die Umgebung. Nichts für Familien oder alleinreisende Frauen.
