Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großer Fernseher mit ORF 1 und 2. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Für jeden Geschmack etwas. Leider wenig Mehlspeisen aber sonst sehr gut. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf die Hauptstraße, der Verkehrslärm war aber nicht sonderlich laut. Eigener Fahrrad Abstellcontainer für die eigenen Fahrräder (kostenlos). Parkplätze vor dem Hotel leider sehr wenige. In der näheren Umgebung um € 20 bis € 25 pro Tag zu haben.

Cons:

Leider war der Zugang zu unserem Zimmer sehr schlecht beschrieben. Mussten einige Zeit danach suchen. Die Parkgebühren finde ich zu hoch. Für Hunde wird ebenfalls eine hohe Gebühr von € 27/Tag eingehoben, egal wie groß der Hund ist (unser Zwergdackel hat nur 3,6 kg)

Neprofesionalizam
Cons:

Retko neprofesionalno i razočaravajuće iskustvo. Nije problem novac nego bezobrazluk, neorganizacija i način na koji se gosti tretiraju.
Doručak katastrofalno monoton — svaki dan isto, bez truda i bez ikakvog osećaja da gost plaća uslugu koja treba da vredi,par jela koje se vrte u krug... Još gore, spremačica ulazi u sobu uprkos jasno okačenoj oznaci da se ne uznemirava i da neko spava. Uredno je usla skinula oznaku i ostavila je u sobu!To je nedopustivo i krajnje nepoštovanje privatnosti gosta.
Jedina svetla tačka je što je hotel čist i uredan, ali to danas treba da bude minimum, ne razlog za pohvalu.
Poseban nivo bezobrazluka je parking. Preko Bookinga mi je potvrđeno da parking dobijam bez dodatne naplate, da bi mi na kraju bio uredno naplaćen. Klasično obmanjivanje gostiju i vrlo neprofesionalno poslovanje. Tvrde da niko iz bookinga nije kontaktirao hotel,a ako je poruka automatska zato u poruci nisu poslali da se parking naplacuje ako se to podrazumeva!
Tina Jerman je bila upoznata sa situacijom, ali potpuno — zbunjena, nesnalažljiva i bez ikakve želje da pomogne predpostavljam da joj sposobnosti nisu na tom nivou!Ako je to nivo osoblja koje predstavlja hotel, onda je jasno zašto je usluga ovakva.
Sve u svemu, veliko razočaranje i hotel koji očigledno mnogo više vodi računa kako da naplati nego kako da gost ode zadovoljan.. boravila sam sa partnerom i prijateljima i rodbinom iz madjarske i hrvatske i srbije bilo nas je 12 i dele moje misljenje!
