Зробіть вихід з басейну до пляжу, шоб люди не стрибали через загорожу! Зробіть парковку за символічну плату а не за 25€

Cons:

Um 22:15 gab es im Hotel keine Möglichkeit mehr etwas zu trinken obwohl eine Bar vorhanden war.

Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése. A reggeli és vacsora választék bőseges és finom.

Cons:

A zuhanyzó nem volt rendesen körbeszigetelve, így a víz folyton a fürdő közepére folyt, ott állt egy nagy tócsában. Háromszor szóltunk érte, de mindig csak ígérgették, hogy jönnek megcsinálni, de nem jöttek. Egy nap a hangyák ellepték a szobát, illetve az étteremben is voltak, utolsó nap az italautomatából jöttek ki. Egy lift működött csak a kettőből, ami érkezésnél és távozásnál különösen kellemetlen volt.

Not as good as it looks
Pros:

Location is good. Close to beach and lovely views. Outdoor pool area by beach is nice (note it is sea water). Portoroz as a place was lovely, clear warm sea water and lots of easy food/drink options. Easy to get to Piran (either walking, bike or by bus if you don't want to drive). We hired bikes and cycled to the salt plains and then to Piran and back.

Cons:

My first review was rejected (I'm not sure why). Disappointed overall. Beware that though we booked Hotel Lucija that doesn't mean you are staying there! We never even got to see it! We arrived early so wanted to park the car, explore the town and then return at check in time. We were told we had been moved to Casa Bel Moretto (no reason given) and had to check in at Hotel Metropol (a sister 5* hotel up the hill). There is parking next to the hotel for 25 Euros per day, but we were told to park closer to Casa Bel Moretto for 20 euros a day which is a few minutes away from the main reception. When we returned to Metropol to check in (soaked due to a thunderstorm) we were told we were actually at Casa Rosa which is an annexe. You sleep there but walk over to Hotel Metropol for meal and all facilities (Be aware the path is in a poor condition) which wasn't near where we'd parked. The receptionist apologised and told me to move the car into the main carpark which would be free as an apology. When we checked out this hadn't been actioned and the receptionist said there was nothing she could do so I ended up paying 90 Euros for two days of parking (40 for the first car park and then 50 for the main car park).
Overall our experience was disappointing. Room was ok but pull out sofa bed for the kids was really poor (we expected a sofa bed but there was no mattress so really uncomfortable). Air con was set to 24 which we found too warm for sleeping, I went to reception twice the next day to ask for it to be changed, they said they would but nothing happened. Dinner/breakfast is buffet, lots of choice, didn't think the quality of food was as good as you would expect. Be aware there are no drinks with dinner, you can't request tap water (we paid 4.50 euro for a 500ml bottle of water).
If you are expecting 5* standard at Hotel Metropol then I think you will be disappointed.

Το πρωινό ήτανε πλούσιο.

Cons:

Είναι ένα παλιό ξενοδοχείο, που δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες στο site! Δεν υπάρχουν ούτε αιώρες, ούτε πράσινοι χώροι, απλά μοιράζεται τις πισίνες με άλλα δύο ξενοδοχεία! Πολύ ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει!!!! Ενοιωσα πως μας κοροϊδέψανε!!!Ντροπή τους!!!!

Pros:

Reggeli jó volt, a környék gyönyörű.

Cons:

A szobában a zuhanykabinban állt a víz nem folyt le.
Hiába szóltunk nem javították.
Nekem a közös medence sem tetszett, elég puritán, a tengerpartra nem tudsz lemenni a medencétől
