קרוב לחוף תכלת שהוא חוף מהמם אבל גם הוא בתשלום של 70 שקלים

קודם כל המלון עצמו רואים כמה שאין השקעה הכל ישן ולא מתוחזק אצלנו בחדר היה פעמיים נזילה יאמר לזכותם כן תוקן מהר מאוד אבל זה רק מראה כמה המקום הזה לא מתוחזק העיצוב מאוד מיושן והחדר עצמו גם נותן וויבים מיושנים לא התחברנו
מבחינת התאמה לטעמנו המלון הזה לא מתאים לזוגות בכלל יש מלא רעש מלא ילדים
מבחינת האוכל ממש בסדר לא מעבר יש כמות אבל אין איכות
בריכה קטנה לא השתמשנו בה העדפנו ללכת לחוף פרטי בשם תכלת שהוא דקה מהמלון כמובן שגבו מאיתנו תשלום של 70 שקלים
אז באופן כללי אנחנו בוודאות לא היינו חוזרים למלון הזה

Pros:

המיקום מושלם, ממש מרחק הליכה מהכנרת, ארוחת בוקר וערב עשירות וטעימות, נהנינו מאוד וללא ספק נחזור!

בריכה קצת חמימה ובחום הזה עדיף שתהיה יותר קרה אבל זה ממש לא היה קריטי

בחדר היה נוף לכנרת

Cons:

נתחיל בקבלה, מעבר לזה שהכל מוזנח ולא מזמין בשום צורה הצוות היה מבולבל (בלשון המעטה) והתקשה למצוא את ההזמנה הנכונה והתעקש שההזמנה שלנו היא אחרת ממה שהזמנו בפועל, בנוסף לכך התעקשו על תשלום של 399 שקלים ל״פיקדון״ שתופס מסגרת אשראי!
החדר עצמו קטן מאוד (הדבר היחיד החיובי להגיד זה שיש נוף לניכרת)
המזרון קשה בקטע חריג, טלוויזיה קטנה ורחוקה מאוד מהמיטה, המקלחת והשירותים פיצים ואין זרם מים..
בנוסף, החוף ה״צמוד״ עולה 70 ש״ח לאדם! ולא, אין הנחה לאורחי המלון.
ועדיף שלא נדבר על המעליות והריח במזדרונות..
החדר אוכל בבוקר היה מפוצץ ואנשים נאלצו להמתין המון זמן בכניסה ונאמר להם ש״יש עמדת המתנה בלובי״
האוכל עצמו ברמה נמוכה מאוד ביצים שעדיף לא לתאר אין איך נראות
המעליות היו מפוצצות ולכן נאלצנו לעלות במדרגות לקומה 5!
בקיצור לא להתקרב!!! עדיף לישון באוהל על החוף.

קשה לומר שאהבנו משהו במלון חוץ מהחדר

Cons:

מיקום המלון איום ונורא ללא חניות מסודרות. בלגן לא קטן בכניסות לחדר האוכל בשעות הארוחות. האוכל בערב לא מתעלה ברמה בינונית ומטה וחבל כי ניראה. שחומרי גלם להכנה מעולה לא חסר, שרות הניקיון בחדרים לוקה בחסר עד כדי מצב של התחלת ניקוי אם בכלל בשעה ארבע אחר הצהריים, בקיצור מאוד מאוכזבים כמעט בכל מקום ליקויים מהותיים, לצערי הרב למלון הזה אני אנחנו בע"ה ובלי נדר לא חוזרים ולא נמליץ עליו , מאוכזבים עד עמקי נפשינו

המזרן קשה מאוד. הריח במסדרונות לא טוב בגלל חומר ניקוי לא איכותי. ביום שבת לא הגיעו לנקות את החדר ולהחליף מגבות. צפיפות בשטח הבריכה. מחסור בחניה. מעט כוח אדם בקבלה ביום שישי כדי לעשות צק אין.
