Bella struttura ma da modernizzare
Pros:

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nel verde peccato quando siamo arrivati che un blackout notturno ha spento le pompe nella piscina che era diventata verde

A large complex located on a large area with several accommodation buildings in different styles. On the territory of the complex there are several swimming pools, 2 restaurants, a very beautiful, large and well-maintained garden, a horse stable, etc. The staff was friendly. We needed some things that they had forgotten to put in the rooms, but they responded quickly. There was also a delay in the order at the restaurant, for which we were compensated additionally. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Dejligt sted, men forvent ikke selv at kunne lave mad der.
Pros:

Vi boede i en lejlighed som var dejlig stor til vores familie på 4. Pool området er fint til børn. Og omgivelserne var virkeligt flotte.

Cons:

Køkkenet er lille og dårligt udstyret. Det er svært at lave mad selv sådan en sted. Køleskabet var også for lille til at have til flere dage ad gangen, hvilket gør det svært når nærmeste handlemulighed ligger 25 min væk i bil.

Tutto, la posizione, le piscina davanti alla mia camera, la colazione buona e varia, il parco bellissimo e ben tenuto. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La mia camera (al piano terra) non aveva la chiave della porta che da sul retro quindi rimaneva sempre aperta. Ho fatto presente appena arrivata ma non sono riusciti a cambiate la serratura in 5 giorni che sono rimasta li.

Måste upplevas på plats

En bil är ett måste annars är du fast men det visste vi från början.
2 fina poolen
Vi åt aldrig frukosten men den såg ok ut.
Caféet har öppet hela dagen så du kan köpa dricka / kaffe när du vill
Lunch sallad eller macka 10euro
Finns restaurang med olika alternativ

Men om man skulle önska så visste finns det saker som hade kunnat förbättras.
Personalen är trevlig men hade gott kunnat varit lite mer sociala
Hade varit bra med lite mer städartiklar så man kan hålla det städat under tiden man är där.
Skulle varit lite mer gentila med toalettrullarna så man inte behövde springa fram och tillbaka och hämta nya.
Sen betalade vi inte speciellt mycket så detta är bara önskemål . Vi är totalt sett över förväntan nöjda.

Bel posto ma personale impreparato

La struttura di per sè è bellissima! Le camera un po da riammodernare ma comunque spazio e soprattutto quelle al piano terra diretta sulla piscina comodissime e belle!
Però siamo arrivate e ci hanno dato la camera con l’accesso esterno rotto senza comunicarcelo (appena glielo abbiamo detto ci hanno cambiato stanza però sapendo di averne altre libere sicuramente avrebbero potuto darci sicuramente una stanza del tutto funzionante o comunque comunicarci del problema).

Cons:

Il personale non molto preparato e qualificato.
Quando ci hanno cambiato stanza, non era predisposta per 3 ma per 2 quindi c’erano asciugami per 2 bicchieri per 2 ecc ecc, la professionalità sta anche in queste cose. Bisognava controllare e rimediare, invece quando abbiamo richiesto gli asciugamani per la terza persona, abbiamo aspettato 1 ora intera! E abbiamo dovuto richiamare la reception 4 volte per farceli portare.
Altro aspetto negativo, il bagno era piena di formiche.
Il ristorante inoltre molto caro rispetto alla qualità effettiva e soprattutto anche lì disorganizzazione alta! Per un quattro stelle errori madornali. Ci hanno sbagliato la pizza 3 volte! Quando abbiamo semplicemente chiesto una boscaiola rossa invece di bianca e cose così. Prendere un’ordinazione di 3 pizze non penso sia così difficile. Ma comunque la parte peggiore è stato non scusarsi mai per gli errori. L’unico davvero professionale e gentile il capo sala! Ha ascoltato le problematiche verificatesi durante la cena ed ha rimediato egregiamente !
Nel complesso bel posto ma non ci tornerei!

La location meravigliosa.
Ero invitata ad un matrimonio e sono rimasta solo per una notte ,non ho avuto il tempo di girare e guardare tutta la struttura e i vari spazi esterni ,ne di usare le piscine .
Tornero' sicuramente.

Cons:

La colazione, poca scelta .
Per il posto che è, mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso.
