Five-Star Experience from Start to Finish
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfectly in order, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

A special thanks to the Front Office Manager, who was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful. We would also like to recognize Omar and Mahmoud for their excellent service, politeness, and professionalism. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference.

We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Super établissement très bien rénové propre

Cons:

le personnel ne parle pas anglais ou leur anglais est très pauvre i lfaut renforcer cela notamment pour un pays comme l'Egypte! La baignoire de ma chambre n'a pas été nettoyée alors que j'ai pris un bain dedans je l'ai signalé et personne n'a nettoyé
