Outstanding in every way.
Pros:

The service and kindness of the staff at this hotel genuinely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so welcoming and the hotel is immaculate. We were luckily upgraded to a club room which was amazing because we loved the extra space with a small child. The room was beautifully designed and the bed was super comfortable. Everything felt brand new. The hotel lobby is stunning, bright and airy, a perfect space to meet people. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, one of the best I've had! The restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are catered for. An amazing hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to return to if I needed to stay near Heliopolis.

Awful experience
Pros:

Poor communication from staff.
Sara at the spa needs to be well rounded with service she offers VS website services offers and also to work on her English speaking skills. Wife hardly understood her.

Cons:

I have 3 major issues with this place.
Spa services is very poor. Called to request a prenatal massage and told by “ Sara” that they don’t offer even website says so.
Some walks in our room with our permission.
Poor communication skills from staff reception.
We found a baby gecko in the bathroom at room 416. I’m the rest of the family somewhere.
