Lovely hotel staffed by very nice people.
Pros:

The people that work in the hotel are all very nice. The restaurant has excellent food and is a very pleasant environment. We would return to this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is in an area with lots of shops and restaurants--a busy area so don't expect spectacular views of the bay or mountains. We liked being in the middle of everything and didn't mind the city view.

I had a croissant and coffee on arrival. The coffee was very poor, weak and lukewarm warm.

Heerlijk hotel voor onze dagen in Vancouver.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met name Nataliia van de receptie heeft ons twee zeer goede restaurants aanbevolen en gezorgd voor de reservering van onze grotere groep. En nadien ook belangstellend gevraagd hoe het was. Echt iemand die haar vak verstaat. Wat ook heel fijn was: alle kamers waren ‘s ochtends om 900 uur al beschikbaar. Dus we konden er meteen in.

Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Location is central and walkable in a nice area of Vancouver with other high end hotels, many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is classy and quiet. We got upgraded and the room was fabulous ( though I think the original room we had booked would have been great as well). The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was top notch. The staff were very professional and genuinely helpful. It was a bit of the expensive side but I think because it was at the tail end of the world cup. Nonetheless, will stay here next time for sure.
