The hotel is great, very comfortable, placed perfectly in the downtown. The room was nicely sized, clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom seems high-end, with both the bath and the shower. Really liked the staff at check-in/check-out as well, super nice and polite.
The only tiny thing I didn't like is the fact that the balcony in my room was literally looking in the windows of the hotel corridor, no muted glass or anything, that was a little uncomfortable :) but this is super minor.

De medewerkers waren super! Heel vriendelijk. Het bed was goed en de douche was ook heel fijn!
De kamers zijn wel wat verouderd en vrij donker en gehorig.
Excellent convenient neighborhood. Helpful friendly staff. One morning we ate in the hotel was great. Terrific shower..
The toilet flushing was loud. It didn't bother my husband but it did wake me up a few times in the middle of the night.
