The room was really nice and had a lot of space and was clean.
Pool was too small and you have to actually ask before you get any room cleaning

Loved the fact that we were as close to gatlinburg as we were.. close to coasters
O' where to start..
1: the paint is chipping off everything
2: we did get a room with a fireplace, but the stone work was incomplete big hole where there should have been stone was missing
3: the a/c condenser from the room above come out right off the back balcony. If the wind is blowing like it was.. it ends up on your door..
4: the ad says your balcony has views of the river...it sure does.. a view.. about 300 yards away. Meaning you know it's rhere...
5: bathroom are super small.. you have to shut the door to wash your hands.. shower was unclean, so we waited till we got to our destination before taking a shower!!!!!!( gross)
6: Balcony they say is overlooking the river is over looking the parking lot..
7: the pool is and seems under sized for really anything more than a child to play in..( we didnt)
I did enjoy the fact that the hotel was very close to the event I was attending.
I didn’t enjoy the smell in the front lobby.
