For the most part the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good
I thought the price was a little on the higher side for what you get. Certain things were a little old and/or outdated.
Front desk persons were nice, good location
Housekeeping was nasty used same blankets when we got there had throw up on it i asked front desk to have them come change blanket’s out housekeeping was sent n she put the same dirty thrown up blanket on the bed
Great friendly front desk service. Besides room service forcing us to get out of the room EXACTLY at 11.
The beds were hard. The tub was dirty and the shower water was cold.
Everything , Good service, Great message chairs, pool was fun. breakfast was nice. I will definitely come back for a stay,
Mattress feel to hard and you could feel the coils inside the mattress. I thought this might have been and isolated mattress but my sister complained about her mattress the next day. We booked at the same hotel and same day but separate rooms.
Great location near a lot of restaurants and shopping, etc. Nice staff, easy check in.
Room could have been a little cleaner, looked like some mold in the shower area. Some stains in pillowcases. Bed not very comfortable. TV is a very old basic cable.
Location
Es cómodo para un fin de semana
Cuando entramos olía a humedad, y la primera noche las sabanas picaban no se si estaban sucias
Room was not very clean. There was a mildew smell, floors were dirty, towels stained, bathroom was gross. Definitely not worth the money!
One of the worst hotels I ever stayed room smelled like wet dog falling apart rust everywhere would not advise anyone to stay here very old and outdated
No crackheads, or people smoking pot or slamming doors in the middle of the night arguing outside the rooms. Which is a hard find in Tampa unless you stay in a $700 a night hotel.. I will definitely be staying here again with my kids. Very clean, staff was approachable and nice, hot breakfast, and the area feels safe this is the best bang for your buck. I went during some event that was going on in Tampa and I guess thats why the prices were elevated.
