I woke up next morning to find an infestation of ants crawling all over the dining room table. I reported it the staff moved me to an upgraded apartment and dealt with the issue professionally with no issue. the new accommodation was very good

An unforgettable stay – exceptional facilities, wonderful surroundings, and we can’t wait to return!
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic stay – what an incredible place!
The facilities are truly outstanding, exceeding all expectations, and there is so much to see and do both on-site and in and around Cromer. Four nights simply wasn’t enough – we could easily have stayed longer and will definitely be returning!
A very special shout-out to the head receptionist, who handled an issue with our accommodation in studio apartment 89 swiftly, professionally, and with genuine care.

Cons:

The only slight issue for us was parking. I imagine this could be more of a challenge in peak season. My husband holds a Blue Badge, and there were only two accessible spaces near our apartment – unfortunately, the same cars were parked there for the duration of our stay, which was a little frustrating. In the end, I dropped off near the apartment and then found parking elsewhere. I’m not sure what the solution would be, but it’s something worth noting

Excellent bolt hole for self catered stay in Norfolk
Pros:

Spacious clean property well equipped kitchen and ironing board, hairdryers include. Very pleasantly surprised at how good the apartment was!
Very quiet location but close to nice walks. On site restaurant good too.

Nothing, all good.

Would return if we are in the area.
Pros:

Studio apartment had plenty of space, kitchen well equipped. Only ate there once, it was fine. Didn't use the pool. Easy access to the coast path. A little way out of town, but meant it was quiet with no traffic noise.

Cons:

Could hear the people in the apartment above walking around.

Lovely short break
Pros:

Accommadation was clean spacious and very comfortable. Had everything we needed.
Good location enjoyed meal in the restraunt use of swimming pool and games room during the stay.

Cons:

Could not get the bathroom radiator to switch on.

Comfortable big room with all that you needed.
Pros:

Loved the size of the room and quality of furnishings. Lovely and clean and the bed was such a great size. Wasn't keen on location, on a very steep hill and our mobility is compromised and felt stuck there once in the room. Very quiet.

As I said, wasn't keen on location.
