Super. Moglibyśmy tam wrócić.

Świetna lokalizacja - bardzo blisko stacja kolejowa z częstymi połączeniami np. do Malagi. Personel bardzo pomocny, uśmiechnięty, pomocny przy znalezieniu wypożyczalni samochodu. Wyżywienie - ogromnie bogata oferta, jedzenie różnorodne, smaczne; różnorodność napojów, wino; obsługa życzliwa; część stolików zlokalizowana na zewnątrz i dlatego można zjeść posiłek na powietrzu. W ciągu dnia można zjeść lunch przy basenie. Bezpośrednio z terenu hotelowego wyjście na promenadę tuż przy plaży. Codziennie animacje dla dzieci, a dla dorosłych wieczorne atrakcje artystyczne np. koncerty, pokazy tańca, iluzjonista. Basen spory, animacje w wodzie; boisko do siatkówki przy basenie. Ładnie zagospodarowany teren wokół hotelu; czysto. Super rozwiązaniem są bransoletki dla gości, w których zainstalowany jest magnetyczny klucz do pokoju - nie martwisz się, że go zgubisz czy zapomnisz - masz go zawsze pod ręką.

Pros:

Everything. This resort has everything to offer for families. Rooms are large and comfortable for families. Facilities are 10/10. Staff were easily approachable and helpful. The all inclusive package is definitely worth it. Large variety at buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner. Different offerings daily so it doesn’t become repetitive. Love show entertainment was valuable. Waterpark is great.

Alles in einem war unser Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Sehr hervozuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter! Für wenige Tag
Pros:

Das Hotel ist durch eine Straße vom Strand entfernt und bietet eine sehr gute Lage. Ringsum finden sich viele Restaurants und auch Supermärkte. In 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof, um beispielsweise nach Malaga oder Flughafen zu gelangen (Preis: 2.30€ pro Fahrt).

Das Personal des ganzen Hotels war sehr nett! Wir hatten eine tropfende Decke im Zimmer und das Problem wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden gelöst.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist relativ in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Hotelzimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Unser Balkon war so klein, dass die die Stühle am Tisch nicht mal rausgezogen werden konnten.

Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen ist relativ klein und für Vegetarier/Veganer gibt es sehr, sehr wenig Auswahl (nur manche Salate, Pommes, Brot, eine Sorte vegetarische Pizza, einen Abend gabs Brokkoli). Meistens gab es Mittags und Abends das gleiche zum Essen. Außerdem gibt es im ganzen Hotel (also Buffetrestaurant & alle Bars) keinen Tischservice, die Getränke müssen also selber geholt werden.

Was wir SEHR zu bemängeln haben ist: ab 9 Uhr war der Pool geöffnet und ab diesem Zeitpunkt waren ALLE Liegen reserviert und teilweise kamen die Personen dann erst nachmittags zu ihren Liegen.

Le cadre est très agréable, le personnel de la réception, du service réservation et des restaurants est très professionnel , souriant et très accueillant, l’emplacement excellent .

Cons:

Certains espaces/batiments nécessitent une renovation. La propreté des chambres n’était pas toujours au rdv ( dans mon cas une employée bâclait le service! ). connexion wifi pas constante. Mauvaise Hygiène des serviettes de Piscine ( séchées non lavées !!!)

A good hotel for a family holiday
Pros:

Overall, this is a good all-inclusive hotel with everything you need for a comfortable family stay. There are restaurants, several bars, snack options, two large pools, water slides for children, a playground, kids’ club, and tennis. The beach is just across the road, so it is very easy to go there with hotel towels, although sunbeds on the beach are paid separately.

The food is generally good, but not very varied — usually just a few main dishes to choose from at each meal. It would be nice to see more variety or perhaps a daily special. For some reason, cucumbers also seemed surprisingly rare :)

A big plus is the large grassy area around the hotel, where it was usually easy to find a free sunbed. It is also very convenient that if you arrive before check-in or leave after check-out, you can still use the hotel facilities while waiting.

The staff was friendly and professional, and overall we had a good stay. However, for the price, I feel there is still room for improvement. The hotel sometimes feels very standardized and corporate, as if everything follows the same routines and procedures, and it could benefit from a little more individuality and atmosphere.

Overall, a pleasant family hotel with good facilities, but at this price level I would expect a little more variety and personality.

Cons:

A few things could also be better: the price-to-quality ratio, the €2 charge for changing pool towels, and the strange situation at the main pool, where guests queue before opening time just to reserve sunbeds. The room also had no kettle or coffee machine, and there were no tea/coffee cups or teaspoons, which was a bit surprising for a hotel in this price range.

Comfortable beds and rooms. Lots of fun facilities.

Cons:

Reception staff unhelpful and understanding when we checked in late in the evening after a long day travelling. No on site food was available after 10pm.

Tivemos de mudar de quarto por mau funcionamento de wi-fi, pagamos um quarto com vista mar que não usufruímos. As piscinas em geral são precárias em sombras, guarda sois, o que leva á corrida todas as manhãs de espreguiçadeiras com guarda sóis e ainda por cima fixos, nunca vi tal situação...surreal. Em consequência disso qual a nossa surpresa , quando o socorrista da piscina, que em vez de vigiar, estava sempre no bar..,para fazer o favor aos amigos,dia 2/9 levantou diversas toalhas, sem equidade, já que para ser, deveria ter sido em toda a área da piscina e não , só na área dos amigos...,justificou-se dizendo que era o que estava estabelecido..ora, onde, é a minha pergunta, já que nós os clientes/interessados eramos desconhecedores..Verificou-se que um casal de idade ficou sem espreguiçadeiras , quando abordado por alguém da gestão do hotel, foram incapazes de solucionar o problema. Penso que deveriam repensar a gestão destes espaços , já que ficou uma péssima imagem com total incacidade de resolução de problemas...Uma coisa é certa não voltaremos a este Hotel..

Estuvimos muy agusto, pero para ser un hotel barcelo no es para tanto por el precio que tiene

Que no es como parece en las imágenes dé booking cambia mucho, el gimnasio es enano para la caridad de gente que hay en un hotel tan grande y lo de que la gente deje sus toallas a las 9 de la mañana en la piscina y se vayan y no la quiten también por que eso no debería ser así
