La verdad las instalaciones no están mal más viejas que mi abuela pero bueno

Cons:

Llegué con un bebé y me manda a la segunda planta sin ascensor encima de pagar 500euros Por noche y le digo a recepción ésto no es la habitación que había reservado ahora te cambiamos todo toda vía los estoy esperando sin vergüenza pero no ha sido el primer caso según sentido pero como todos son guiris pues se piensan que los demás somos iguales

Great Hotel to stay - thoroughly recommend
Pros:

It was beautiful restaurant had great selection for both breakfast and dinner

Cons:

Pool was mobbed but it was a family hotel I suppose so just went to beach as it was accross the road

Falta y mejora de las animaciones tanto de adultos como de niños, además todo terminaba 15 min antes del horario publicado. Limpieza deficiente en baños zonas comunes. Faltaría mejora limpieza de habitacion y tiempo hasta limpieza de habitación era muy tarde casi siempre después de comer. Pica variedad en el desayuno buffet. Relación calidad precio no ha sido buena

Zdecydowanie warto na dłużysz pobyt.
Pros:

Było bardzo czysto, w hotelu wszystko było świetnie zorganizowane. Nie ma do czego się przyczepić.
Przy basenie świetne animacje, z super animatorami. Drinki pyszne, nie oszukane. Jedzenie pyszne - codziennie inne przez 7 dni, tematyczne., każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Wieczorne atrakcje różnorodne, nie nudzące.
Pokoje w domkach ładne, codziennie sprzątane, dobrze wyposażone. Nie słychać sąsiadów.
Turyści w hotelu różnorodni, wszyscy bardzo serdeczni.
W odpowiedniej odległości od stacji kolejki, która dojeżdża dolną lotnisko i do centrum Malagi.

Cons:

Brak własnej plaży przyhotelowej - trzeba dojść kawałek do plaży publicznej.

Le personnel n’est pas du tout serviable à l’exception d’une personne à la reception et de deux serveuses. Le nettoyage des chambres est très mal fait. La nourriture au buffet n’est pas variée. On a l’impression de manger chaque jour la meme chose. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon.

De kamers waren echt verouderd, hout was versleten en in het bad was ook geen stop aanwezig. Erg hoge prijs voor wat je krijgt. Wij betaalden 1300 voor 3 nachten in echt geen vier sterren hotel wat ons betreft

Pros:

A szállás nagyon jó volt, két gyerekkel voltunk(9,11)évesek. Szuperek voltak az étkezések bőségesek, változatosak. A szálloda által szervezetet programok is jók voltak. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. 2 medence van a szálloda területen, ez is nagyon tetszett. Volt lehetőség a hotelben autót bérelni.
