As good as it gets
Pros:

The location was fantastic you walked 10mins and you was at the beach and the bars, the staff was lovely polite and would do anything to make you happy.

Cons:

There was a few stains on the carpet a cracked window not a fantastic view as I payed for a suite. The shower head was in tape but come very loose when using there was a large crack in the ceiling too. The outdoor pool was out of order and when asked it would be done tomorrow when clearly he had no idea but the indoor pool was lovely but still needed some tlc as there was a lot of rust. There was a lot of ants in the garden area. We did book this hotel for the outdoor pool for this reason but there was no update on the website that this was out of order.

Pros:

Wonderful stay again. I will continue to keep going back to crofton house. Beautifully clean and comfortable rooms and the manager Hassan always has the most wonderful welcome, nothing is too much and he is so accommodating and thoughtful and it makes such a difference. Would recommend for a simple. Peaceful stay.

Fantastic welcoming close place to the sea
Pros:

Great location friendly staff
Hassan was very accommodating finding us everything we needed
Molly was very helpful and always had a smile on her face
Kiera was also very polite and helpful

Cons:

The outdoor pool was not ready

Will never go near a 3* again if we can help it.
Pros:

Location was great and the late availability and online appearance appeared attractive

Cons:

The carpets were abysmal. Dirty and strong odour, we simply could not stay! Reception eventually offered elsewhere, but we had already booked the Hilton for the exact same price. No comparison otherwise. The grounds were overgrown. Whilst the room and reception appeared clean, the strong odour near same in bedroom was enough to put us off permanently.

Hassan on reception was really nice and helpful. Only had to ask if you wanted something for room etc.
Pros:

Plenty of parking. Location was in a quiet area.
Room was very clean. Really good shower.

Cons:

A couple of steep hills to and from property,here and there. Only a problem for me(copd), no problem for my wife.

Check which facilities are operational before booking.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful the location was very good.

Cons:

Very tired needs a lot of refurbishment. Specifically booked for the outside swimming pool which was not open. Bedroom curtains were very stained.

Pictures r not what the place is swimming pool tiles broken and missing in pool jacuzzi rubbish sauna ok steam nice smelt of weed in the room when we got there freezing cold pool was advertised heated pool when complaint about the smell the reception gave a plug in air freshener asked if we could change rooms and he said no fully booked also shower not very powerful pressure low

Not a great experience. Shabby building. Staff pleasant.

Tired and threadbare. Our rooms were very poor. Shabby and wobbly furniture… light fittings with just two out of 9 bulbs intact. Paint spills on the floor. Water stains in the ceilings… mismatched furniture. Poor room security … electronic door locks with codes a 4 year old could guess
