The size of the room with the balcony is so big compared to other hotels. It's situated in a quiet neighbourhood far away from the main street so it's something I appreciate.

Good location and clean hotel. Disappointing that the air con doesn't work all the time
Pros:

Its proximity to 2 train stations

Cons:

The beds only had a firm option. Also, we were unable to turn the air conditioner on. We were advised that because it was winter, the air conditioners were not working - even though we checked in on 21 April and some days were 27 degrees.

Great location, great rooms and facilities. Lovely staff and good food.
Pros:

Great location for underground, walking to other areas. Hotel of a good standard throughout and well maintained. The breakfast was good and an excellent price. Mini bar free a restocked daily.

Cons:

Nothing I can say we didn’t like.
