We were very happy with our hotel and room. Reasonably priced, very clean and comfortable, and reasonably spacious considering many other hotels of this budget (or a little less) were much smaller and had no place to put personal belongings. We were three adults so we needed the space. We had extra space for hanging out. And the breakfast and dinner (extra charges) are excellent! Also relatively convenient location, though you have to walk about 5-7 minutes from any of the three adjacent subway stations.

This hotel was fantastic. Great location, convienence store right on the doorstep, service was great. The view of namam tower from the balcony was amazing. It’s around 20 minute walk to central myeongdong, the room was spacious and I would defo recommend.

The location was great--a brief walk to two different metro stations. The hotel was very clean, modern, safe, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location between Euljiro 3, Euljiro 4 and Chungmuro stations. Airport Limousine bus stop off near Chungmuro station. Hotel provided a bus that took you into Myeongdong and surroundings about 6 times a day. Although we also found it an easy 15-20min walk to Myeongdong. Cheonggyecheon Stream closer than we realised so we walked along it to Dongdaemun one day and in the opposite direction to the very start another day. Easy check in with Charles (I believe his name was). The porter outside was so lovely greeting us every day. Amazingly, the bar fridge was refilled every day with water, coke and cider!! Great size room for Seoul, super comfy beds, great having a little table to eat at. Handy having ice machines and boiling water in the hallways. Appreciated the bath after lots of walking. GS25, CU and 7-Eleven all within 3min walk.
Was a great stay but if I'm being picky, we couldn't get the air con to work so the room got a bit warm, but not bad enough for us to speak to reception to ask for help/get it fixed. House keeping were super lovely, however a few times the room was made up later in the day than we were expecting (again, we didn't ask for further info) so we waited downstairs, maybe because check out is late at 12pm. Maybe just my bad research but I thought the Airport Limousine Bus stopped literally outside PJ Hotel but it does not, maybe a 5min walk. As other reviews say, it is more of a commercial area.

These were the most misleading reviews on the hotel. Which caused us to book at the worse experience we have ever experienced as a family.
Please read before booking.
We stayed in the triple room for $395/night for 5 nights and on the second night people in the room next to us started smoking in their room. Not only was it 27° in our room with no AC our room reaked of cigarette smoke from midnight onwards. When we asked the hotel they just apologized. No efforts to move us and we have little kids.
That wasn't the worst of it at $400/night it also came with bedbugs. I got bit all over my ankles, knees, legs, arms. It was terrifying!!! They just apologized and kept saying housekeeping checks.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!
Summary: Hot/stuffy, no AC, bed bugs and absolutely no customer service.
Room was spacious,clean and comfortable. Having a water dispenser at each floor was very convenient.
