Pros:

It was so beautiful , pictures / videos don’t do the place any justice. We loved everything especially the warm kids pool

Cons:

Just the communication on arrival. Oasis bar was closed and that was one of the main locations which meant no ice cream during the day for my daughter.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son magníficas, piscinas enormes y también para niños y otra para familias. El hotel es precioso y las vistas también. El personal es amable pero en ocasiones el personal de restauración está sobrepasado.

Cons:

No me gustó la dejadez de muchas cosas las camas balínesas están sucias sobre todo las cortinas que tienen moho y las mesillas están asquerosas. Los muebles sobre todo de los baños están muy deteriorados. Un hotel así debe cuidar esos detalles de mantenimiento y limpieza.Tampoco me gustó que todo es con horarios a las 22:30 los restaurantes cierran

El hotel es bonito, bien ubicado cerca del mar.
El buffet es completo.
El chico que nos llevó las maletas a la habitación, muy amable ! Un 10.

Cons:

Que se vende como hotel spa y estaba en obras, cosa que no salía reflejado en la plataforma.
Y el mal olor de las habitaciones y varias zonas dentro del hotel.
Cierto es que nos ofrecieron ir un día al spa, una vez reformado.

Si quieres descansar, mejor buscar hotel only Adults, nunca vi tanta familia en un mismo hotel, repleto de niños..

Como crítica constructiva, le daría un poco de cariño a las habitaciones.

Pros:

This was one of the best hotels where I ever stayed at. Amazing service, clean saltwater pools, comfortable sunbeds, and delicious restaurants. We got an amazing suite for our stay, with a balcony overlooking the sea, a huge bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathtub. Also when we arrived and on the day of checkout we received a champagne and fruits as a welcome gift, it was super nice! The restaurant has a changing menu every night, also they can fry your fish or meat in front of you, which was extremely delicious. Thank you for this amazing vacation, I would love to come back!

Cons:

- No internet on TV! It wasn't possible to watch YouTube or Netflix. Only Spanish TV.
- Not adults only, splashes and crying in the swimming pool
- Dirty staircase, but the hotel is huge, so it was probably difficult to maintain cleaning everywhere

Mis vacaciones en Tenerife
Pros:

Las instalaciones, pistas de pádel y tenis, la piscina, la tranquilidad, la calidad de la comida.

Cons:

Los precios de los restaurantes y bebidas si no tienes todo incluido. Los precios exagerados del militar, el no poder aparcar en el hotel de forma gratuita. El que haya diferencias entre clientes de diferentes niveles, Red Level, etc.

Das Essen war unser Highlight. Der Pool war super zum schwimmen und nie voll, es hat sich von den Gästen her super aufgeteilt. Ich finde man bekommt für sein Geld sehr viel geboten und es zahlt sich voll aus.

Cons:

Vielleicht das es für uns oft ein bisschen unübersichtlich und verwirrend war was jetzt inclusive ist im All-Inclusive und was nicht - zB. bei den Bars am Pool wussten wir was alles dabei ist oder nicht, und jedes mal fragen ist auch irgendwie unangenehm. (Vielleicht könnte man das irgendwie wo auflisten oder in der App markieren neben den Gerichten/Getränken beim Menü)

Und bei den Liegen am Pool wär es cool wenn alle eine Auflage haben weil so ist es wie ein Kampf am Morgen welche zu finden und wenn alle eine Auflage hätten dann wäre das vermeidbar.😅

Aber das ist auch das einzige was man vielleicht besser machen könnte weil sonst war alles wirklich extrem super.

Once I need to return ..
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights in June and had an absolutely fantastic time. Of all the hotels I have ever stayed in, this is the first one that made me think: I have to come back here one day, even if it is only for a long weekend.

One of the things we loved most was the incredible amount of space everywhere. Whether we were around the pools, walking through the hotel, or having breakfast or dinner at Pangea, we never felt crowded. There was always plenty of room around us, even enough space for personal belongings without feeling that we were in anyone’s way. Despite families staying at the hotel, the children did not bother us at all, partly because the whole resort is so spacious.

The hotel itself and its surroundings were breathtaking. Great landscape and hotel design and architecture, the enormous gardens, huge infinity pool, palm trees and easy access to the seafront and small beaches below made the whole place feel almost like a fairytale. The gardens were particularly impressive, with an extraordinary variety of plants from different parts of the world that were perfectly suited to the climate. We were amazed by the amount of attention given to them and regularly saw staff carefully checking individual plants and trees.

We were also very grateful for the slightly upgraded room we received. It was incredibly spacious, elegant, beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in two other five-star hotels during the same trip, but nowhere else did we have a room this impressive. We almost did not want to leave it.

The dinner buffet also offered the widest selection I have ever seen in a five-star hotel, and there were always dishes we really enjoyed, particularly some of the seafood.

The entire place was breathtaking, and this is the first hotel I have ever left knowing that I definitely want to return.

Cons:

The main shows/entertainment after the dinner were very boring, and half century old music if not older I do not know for whom.
We had a few issues at the dinner. We had specifically chosen this hotel partly because of its reputation for an enormous variety of food, excellent quality and live cooking. The variety certainly lived up to our expectations, although the food itself was not always quite as perfect as we had expected. Too many dishes were badly oversalted, others were underseasoned, completely unwashed cooked eggs and dishes not well prepared and so not enjoyable . Never ending queues at the meat cooking sections. However, we always found several dishes that were absolutely delicious, and most of the seafood was very well prepared. Despite these issues with dinner, I am still giving the hotel the highest possible score because the overall experience and the hotel itself were simply incredible.
