Cons:

The staff were very rude; there was no "welcome," and certainly no friendly smiles. We encountered three different staff members: a middle-aged gentleman was kind enough to provide hot water when I asked, but the others snapped at me for asking questions and got angry because I rang the building's doorbell—I felt like a student being punished.

Perfekt läge i mysig stadsdel centralt i Stockholm nära T-bana och Centralstationen och prisvärt!

Liten enkel frukost som var perfekt för oss.

Cons:

Vi bodde i lägenhet. Vore bra om det fanns strykjärn och strykbräda där.

Cozy and private stay
Pros:

La ubicación es muy conveniente para explorar la ciudad. Ya sea caminando o tomando transporte público, este lugar está muy bien ubicado y conectado con el centro. El personal fue muy amable, y a la vez te da tu espacio y privacidad. El lugar te da "cozy" vibes, nos gustó mucho. El desayuno está super bueno como en casa y la cama estuvo super cómoda para dormir.
