Taxi driver got confused because I said Sheraton instead I’d Four Points. Ran up taxi bill a bit.

There were no redeeming qualities associated with my stay.
Cleanliness. Sound proofing. Food quality. Friendliness.
Completely average. Room is good size just seems tired and aged for a Marriott hotel.
This hotel needs a major facelift. Still shocked this was part of Bonvoy network. $440 a night and probably the top of the worst hotels as far as condition of the facility. On a positive note, the staff is A+ and very accommodating. Hoping Sheraton can do better than this facility. I might also add, the shower floors are very slippery and the grab bars are wobbly.
Rooms are nice enough clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was an issue. Gentleman server was rude and told me I could not order a fried egg because all they had was liquid eggs and I could get that scrambled only. He said"Do you want that or not?" The day before I had fresh fried eggs from a very friendly woman server.
We paid well over $500 a night. You would expect top notch service and amenities. Forget it. This hotel is nowhere near that standard - try at cheap motel level. Our first offered room was refused due to the heavy smell of cigarette smoke upon opening the door. They only clean the rooms every second day!!! Can you imagine that for this price? Lack of attention to overall cleanliness is evident. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!
Bed bugs with 10 bites on my back and a sleepless night
This is a walkable location to historic Anchorage and Delaney Park. The staff was above and beyond, especially the breakfast staff. We met David the first morning we were there, then Sherrian served us the other 3 days. Both were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The front desk staff was always friendly and greeted us each time we passed.
I wish hotels could return to daily room cleaning. We were there for four nights and had our room serviced just once.

Staff in general were helpful, but some llacked knowledge of the local area. Humpys is not a quality restaurant... its a bar serving quick food!
Room was not really acccesible. Had to step into the shower. For safety, accessible showers should have fitted seat to the wall, or a chair with a back to it. Shower stools are not safe. No back to them and no arms
Shower floor was slippery, had to put a towel down on the floor for grip. As a result, had to shower sitting down and unable to wash properly.
Not enough room to get the wheelchair to the side of the bed.
Lighting was poor in the room. Needs to be improved.
More attention needed when vacuuming the carpet.
