It was quite dirty in the room, There was a lot of dust, hair on the floor, in the bathroom

Room was filthy. Blood soaked pad in bed, sheets and pillowcases not clean,dirty towels on bedroom floor, disgusting dirty carpet, uncleaned bathroom. Very expensive for such a dirty room. Obviously not been cleaned. Too tired after long journey to ask to change. Area for such a pricey room was a let down. Awful
A lot of my friends were there. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The cookies.
Expensive for what we got. I have stayed at Clarion facilities around the country. The rooms were on par. But the snack area was always missing many items. Food and drinks. This was especially a problem as there was nothing with any short distance walking to be able to get supplies.
Front desk staff were friendly.
The room was worn. The breakfast was very poor. Food, cutlery and cups ran out and staff were hard to find. Juice machine broken and no alternative offered. Milk and cream for hot drinks and cereals had run out and not refilled, etc. Basically my husband didn't get any breakfast and I had a yogurt. We chose this hotel in large part because breakfast was included and there were no other breakfast restaurants nearby, knowing we had no opportunity to eat again till end of day.

Not much to like about the facility
Not very clean. Put us in a room that had not been cleaned at first. Lobby floor elevator button was hard to use.
Had an issue with the reservation and ended up having to pay booking.com plus the hotel. So we paid double. Manager couldn’t make time for us to resolve the issue till several days later, by then it was too late… and every employee we tried to talked to said they just started and couldn’t help.
Very clean, but general condition of the hotel was "tired". Could do with updating.
Breakfast was adequate and chef was very helpful and cheerful
There was no secure safe in the room. Washbasin should be in the bathroom.
The staff were very cheerful and helpful, except one on the Friday late afternoon duty.
Breakfast was good, but should be served until 10.
The carpets looked dirty and out dated. It was hard to drag a suitcase over them.
