Pros:

WiFi could not work in the room. Because some place work but some place not work in the room.
I complained for front desk about WiFi. But they said cannot help

Paper plates at breakfast and plastic cutlery
No change of towels till 4 days.

Pros:

The location was good and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea. There was a coffee machine, but the cups were paper. We had complimentary breakfast, served on paper plates and plastic cutlery! And paper cups. Shocking.

The sofa bed was unusable (poor mattress,poking springs,weak legs and no bedding) so I paid for a double room but ended up with only one usable bed.

Excellent property with excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent property. By far the best hotel during our entire 18 day Alaska trip. Room was excellent & so was the breakfast. Conveniently located in down town so everything was pretty walkable. We even watched the 4th of July parade from our hotel room. Would highly recommend this hotel. 5 Stars ....

per una notte può andare.. se ti sai adattare
Pros:

Posizionato bene, è veramente a 5 min dal centro!
Colazione buona e completa, c’è una buona varietà dolce salato con succhi, yogur, uova,pancetta ecc
La stanza è grande ma dell’anteguerra, se non hai adattatore non ricarica con usb!
A differenza di quanto letto precedentemente ho trovato il personale disponibile e gentile (ci hanno dato adattatore per caricare iphone e indicazione corrette)

Cons:

Appena arrivati c’è stato un attimo di disagio!
L’hotel è vicino al centro ma comunque rimane isolato e in una zona trasandata.. come un po tutta Anchorage!

Terrible hotel. No lo intente.

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación.

Las instalaciones deterioradas; me cobraron una habitación que no era mía (además de la mía) y la persona del mostrador no quiso atender a tiempo mi reclamo y dijo que era culpa de Booking. Finalmente al otro día, la ÚNICA persona amable que conseguí de todo el personal, logró entender que era lo que había pasado y “parece “ que resolvió la situación. Aún debo esperar que mi tarjeta de crédito haga devolución del dinero cobrado por error. Mi habitación no tenía mesa de noche ni lámpara y luego de MUCHO rogar por la necesidad de usar un BPAP me pusieron como mesa un asiento de baño y una lámpara dañada. Las toallas que encontré en la habitación estaban usadas; el mueble para poner la ropa con los cajones dañadas. No arreglan los cuartos a pesar de haberlo pedido varias veces; no hay sino 1 jabón para ducha y lavamanos, el desayuno regular. En general el personal antipático, mal humorado, desatento. No me volvería a quedar en ese TERRIBLE hotel.

Great walkable location to downtown with a spacious room for our family of 4.
Pros:

Room was spacious and in a quiet location.
Makeup remover wipes were included as well as a microwave etc.
Tea/Coffee/Water available in Lobby.
Luggage able to be held after check out if you have a later flight home.

Cons:

Not enough seating at breakfast - people had to stand or wait until others left to have their meal.
Food wasn't replenished and had to be requested.
