Swinging pool was not bad but Jacuzzi was disappointing and very dirty water … changing room even not so clean

Lovely, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very clean & great location. We visited Gladstone Museum, Emma Bridgewater and Trentham, both very close to the hotel. Staff were lovely & helpful. The parking was also very convenient.

Cons:

Nothing we disliked.

Would recommend to anyone needing a stop off on the M6.
Pros:

Ideal location off the M6 and the rooms were surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the roads. Staff incredibly helpful and bar/restaurant well priced.

Air con in the room was on when I got there the room was so cold I had to ask for a heater to warm it up .
The room and bed felt damp.
