La tranquilidad, el servicio,
La ducha grande de la piscina y uno de los dos chorros no funcionaba.
Ubicación, justo al lado de las salida para el caminito del Rey y de la estación de tren.
Excelente el trato del personal y las instalaciones con la piscina y el restaurante y bar.
Cenamos y desayunamos y después del check out pudimos usar la piscina.
Hicimos noche para hacer al día siguiente el caminito del Rey y fue todo un acierto.
Hotel, enclave y personal excelentes.
Nos alojamos en un duplex y según movilidad o agilidad subir la escalera de caracol es un poco tedioso.

Habitacion con escaleras de caracol y señal de wifi mala
Struttura in posizione perfetta per effettuare il Caminito del Rey. Il bus per l’escursione ferma proprio davanti alla porta dell’hotel. Stanze molto grandi, ristrutturate molto bene, molto particolari, ognuna a tema diverso. Piscina grande e a disposizione degli ospiti anche il giorno della partenza. Ristorante nella media e quello in cui abbiamo speso di più.
Purtroppo, nonostante credo che sia una meta privilegiata per il Caminito, e nonostante il primo bus parta alle 740, l’hotel offre la colazione a partire dalle 730. Abbiamo dovuto, pertanto, prendere la colazione dalla notte prima, un croissant plastificato e bevande solo fredde. Potrebbero organizzarsi diversamente e offrire la colazione a partire dalle 7.
De locatie is top als je de caminito del rey wil lopen, het hotel ligt aan het einde van de route en je loopt zo weer terug naar je hotel. De bedden zijn heerlijk, het zwembad is prachtig!
El lugar es una maravilla trato súper amable cenamos en el restaurante y super bueno y la habitación es una maravilla y súper cómoda
Heel fijn zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Vanuit onze kamer keek je ook uit naar de kloven, heel bijzonder. Personeel bij de receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Kamers zijn gesplit, je hebt een beneden verdieping en de slaapkamer en badkamer zit boven. Hier kom je door middel van een hele hele smalle wenteltrap. Best gevaarlijk. Het ontbijt was echt heel vies, de broodjes en croissants waren uitgedroogd en hard, leek er al wel een week te liggen. Scrambled egg was ook niet lekker. Verder was er weinig keus en alles wat er lag was niet vers en niet lekker. Heel jammer. Het hotel heeft last van electriciteitsproblemen, waardoor de airco telkens uit viel en de nood verlichting boven in de slaapkamer telkens aan ging (ook ‘s nachts).

La habitación era duplex con una escalera de caracol muy incomoda y pequeña, y el acceso a la bañera con escaleras bastante peligroso, aire acondicionado solo en la planta superior y mucha calor en la planta inferior

The room was lovely the stone features in the room was lovely and in keeping with the original building being an old flour mill. Outside the room was our own private terrace and we were close to a lovely pool area.
We thought the restaurant was a let down food overall was good but my partner ordered a well done fillet steak and it came rare my orange cake was so dry it was not edible. The restaurant had no ambience and staff were slow to take drinks and food order and the restaurant was not busy.
All the facilities and staff were perfect for our trip.

La amabilidad del personal recepcionista. La cercanía al "Caminito del Rey" , que era nuestro objetivo. Buenas vistas, aunque no precisamente desde nuestra habitación, aunque si desde otras partes del hotel. El parkinng
No funcionaba bien la televisión. Tampoco el wifi. La habitación, una especie de duplex con una escalera de caracol demasiada estrecha, no resultaba muy cómoda. La primera noche no se pudo dormir por el jaleo que tenían en alguna habitación próxima.
El trato del personal y la piscina, tiene unas vistas a las montañas increíbles. Y una decisión perfecta para hacer el caminito del rey porque acabas ahí y no tienes que volver al punto de partida. Vas directo a la piscina con su zona de jacuzzi, una maravilla.!!!
La escalera caracol que había en la habitación para llevarte a la cama, para mí pareja no fue cómoda porque el es alto y tampoco cabía de ancho. Hay que decir que era estrecha. El resto estaba todo super bien.
