Pros:

L'emplacement est juste top
Le personnel de réception

Cons:

Le ménage était pas au top beaucoup de poussière
Les chambres d'une décoration vraiment de mauvaises qualités et pas en accord avec l'Espagne et le lieu ( décoration industrielle bas de gamme)
Le pire le service déplorable au restaurant
Une serveuse désagréable, qui fait tomber des choses à chacune des tables (bruit++++)
Et si elle pouvait jeter les plats sur la table ...

Paradiso INFERNALE

Nella struttura ho apprezzato molto la posizione, motivo per cui l’abbiamo scelta. Le camere sono ben allestite l’arredamento è curato. La piscina è semplicemente meraviglioso come anche la vista. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito che da queste parti è un miraggio.

Cons:

Quello che non mi è piaciuto è quello che penalizzerà il punteggio finale di questa recensione. Ciò che non mi è piaciuto è che lo staff non è in grado di tenere a bada gli ospiti maleducati. La piscina sarebbe stata un’oasi di pace se fossimo rimasti in quattro persone. In quattro non si sentiva volare una mosca. È arrivata una famiglia con una bambina ed è iniziato l’inferno. La bambina urlava e potrei anche capirla il papà, abbastanza maturo, urlava più di lei. E quando non urlava la bambina c’era lo stolto maleducato del papà che faceva versi e faceva bollicine con l’acqua della piscina e mettendo rumori abbastanza fastidiosi. Come se non bastasse, si sono presentati due adolescenti di circa 14 15 anni le quali hanno iniziato a urlare e a fare bombe dentro l’acqua. Le due adolescenti più la famiglia con la bambina hanno fatto sì che nessuno degli ospiti potesse godere del relax della vista e della quiete che ci si aspetta dal luogo simile. Quando poi sono arrivati anche i genitori delle adolescenti lì è stata un’esplosione di stoltezza allo stato puro. In tutto ciò, nessuno dello staff si è degnato di richiamare questi 5 - 6 imbecilli. Se la struttura vuole un punteggio alto oltre a a curare i dettagli delle camere della reception di tutto il resto dovrebbe innanzitutto moderare determinati atteggiamenti. Il sottoscritto ha pagato per dormire, sì, ma ha pagato anche per godersi il relax. Dulcis in fondo alle 23 circa un ennesimo maleducato della struttura teneva il volume della TV esageratamente alto credo che si sentisse su tutto il piano. Ed in tutto ciò, nessuno dello staff ha mosso un dito. Morale della favola, la struttura è molto bella ma scordatevi di andare lì e rilassarvi, sarà un vero incubo. di tutto quello che è accaduto in piscina lo ho fatto presente alla reception. La ragazza si è sentita in imbarazzo e mi ha detto che avrebbe fatto presente a chi di dovere.

Perfect location for el caminito del rey
Pros:

Excellent spot to be based for walking El Caminito del rey. Really nice to finish the walk a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel lacks a shop to buy snacks and water, it would definitely be improved if it could gave this.

The aircon was difficult to turn on and off.

Para ir una vez y no volver
Pros:

Ubicación y vistas, personal amable. Salen fotos bonitas de la decoración de las habitaciones. Se puede aparcar dentro, y con suerte, bajo la sombra (importante en verano).

Cons:

Las habitaciones de dos planta "con vistas" son minúsculas, claustrofóbicas, con escaleras de caracol muy difíciles de acceder. Al verla pedimos cambiar a otra un poco más cómoda, y nos cobraron un suplemento por una en planta baja. La TV no se puede utilizar, debido a permanentes fallos de señal (lo saben y no lo corrigen). El WiFi es increíblemente lento, y con desconexiones frecuentes. La bañera de nuestra habitación (la 107, en planta baja y con terraza), no le funciona el desagüe, y la ducha estaba a punto de caerse (tuvieron que repararla con herramientas), además era muy baja y sin posibilidad de regular altura (no se puede poner debajo una persona de más de 1,75m de altura porque le golpea en la cabeza). La comida en el comedor es costosa, tarda mucho y llega fría; tardaron más de 25 minutos en volver a calentarla. Se reclamó los problemas en recepción el primer día y no corrigieron nada (sólo la ducha, que estaba a punto de caerse). Se aprecia un mantenimiento de las instalaciones descuidado y muy deficiente; poco interés en mantener al cliente satisfecho y cumplir lo que ofrecen en la web.

Unfreundlich und nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Gegend um das Hotel ist wunderbar. Die Wanderung vom Hotel aus empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Das Restaurantteam ist unglaublich demotiviert. Bin in Spanien noch nie so unfreundlich behandelt worden. Es wird konsequent an einem direkt vorbeigeschaut und Blickkontakt vermieden um keine Bestellung entgegennehmen zu müssen. Das Essen erinnert zudem an Jugendherbergsverköstigung. Sehr basic. Mehrere Gäste haben ihr Essen zurückgehen lassen. Gastfreundschaft sieht definitiv anders aus!
