Nothing special
Cons:

The staff at the reception are very unfriendly. You can wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator. During the 4 days I stayed at the hotel, the room was not cleaned even once.
Everything in the room is old, and if you think you will be able to rest and continue your stay comfortably, forget it—the noise is very loud.
One morning I woke up and at least 10 people were sleeping in the hotel lobby.
The breakfast is not very good.
Overall, I would rate this hotel a 6.

Overpriced for what it is
Pros:

The location is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was meh, it didn’t feel clean.
The walls are made out of paper, you can hear everything going on in rooms around you and the hallway.
The hotel smelled like humidity and the shower had mold.
Not sure how this hotel has such good ratings…

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y silencioso, tomé la habitación doble con balcón y media pensión. El chico de recepción Sezai fue siempre muy agradable ayudandome en mi estancia, recomendando lugares, solicitar transporte, y siempre atento de que todo estuviera perfecto!!
Me recomendó el Spa del hotel y la verdad es que fue una experiencia que recomiendo a todo el mundo que venga.

Cons:

La zona del salon es demasiado pequeña para la capacidad del hotel. Yo llego, me sirvo, como y me voy pero, precisamente durante la semana que estuve alojada, habia una excursión de mucha gente que iba junta y ocupaban la mayor parte de las mesas por lo que sentias el estres de cenar con prisas.

The elavator didn’t function
I said i need about 30 min late check out,they refused
They send one of the staff to my room at 11:50 to check out
I didnt recomend this hotel at all

Fantastic and enjoyable atmosphere 💃
Pros:

They had a variety of meals which were appealing.
The hotel is centrally located and within reach of all public transport . Mr Sezai ensured that we had a comfortable and amazing stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the metro, Galata Tower, and many restaurants, cafés, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the hotel offers great value for the money.

Cons:

The hotel could benefit from some minor renovations, and a few areas looked a little worn. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.
