Super séjour. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare. L’hôtel est entretenu avec soin, l’environnement est calme et la piscine est superbe. Sans oublier la mention spéciale pour le restaurant et la gentillesse de Maria qui nous accueille avec un grand sourire

Great stay at a very comfortable hotel, fantastic amenities including a lovely pool which is much needed for summer. Staff were great throughout our stay, and also a very good breakfast!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour
L’hôtel est vraiment sympa, il a un charme incroyable.
La chambre est propre et assez grande.
Tout avait été installé pour le lit de notre fille de 4 ans. Le personnel a été adorable dès le premier jour et nous a proposé des solutions car notre vol de nuit était retardé. Les piscines sont super.

Les repas sont à mon sens trop cher pour la quantité. Une seule bouteille d’eau par jour quand on est 3 c’est trop juste.
Je regrette aussi la surveillance du maître nageur sur place, nous avons assisté à une absence de surveillance d’une famille heureusement que nous étions assez nombreux à la piscine pour sortir rapidement le bébé de l’eau. Le maître nageur était lui dos à la piscine accoude au bar à 1 m de la petite. Une fois le bébé sorti de l’eau il ne s’est pas intéressé à l’incident…

Everything! The location and area of the hotel are amazing; it features beautiful mountain views, plants, trees, and flowers. The perfect rooms—including a large bathroom, a super comfortable bed, and a coffee machine with two complimentary coffees per person per day and a free bottle of water every day—are situated in cute little cottages with outdoor terraces spread throughout the olive-tree-filled park.
The swimming pool area is beautiful and very well-maintained. There is a cute pool bar and lunch area, a huge pool, and even a jacuzzi, along with super comfortable sunbeds and big umbrellas.
Breakfast and dinner are truly an incredible experience. The food quality is superb, fresh, and delicious, with so much to choose from at both the breakfast buffet and the à la carte dinner.
Last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to all the staff members: everyone working at reception, everyone at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner, the team members we didn’t meet (like the chefs and everyone responsible for the consistently delicious food), and of course, the housekeeping staff who took care of cleaning our room! Thank you all for your amazing service, your kind attention, your understanding, your great communication, and your daily dose of happiness. You should be truly proud of what you have created together at this hotel!

The only thing that we think needs attention is the waiting time for drinks (especially coffee) at breakfast. Because there is no self-service drinks station or coffee machine where you can quickly get a coffee or juice yourself, you have to wait until a staff member welcomes you at your table, takes your order, and then wait again for the drinks to be prepared and served. Out of the four times we had breakfast, we received our drinks very quickly once; the other times, it took at least 15 to 20 minutes from the moment we entered the breakfast area until our coffee and other drinks arrived.
We understand that serving drinks this way is meant to feel more personal and exclusive, which is very much appreciated, but the waiting time could easily be shortened. This could be achieved by installing a self-service drinks station and coffee machine as an option, while still offering the same table service. Alternatively, you could adopt a different ordering or delivery system, or ensure there are more staff members present to serve guests during peak hours.
That being said, we still received amazing service from all the staff and enjoyed delicious breakfasts with our group. Out of our entire stay, this is truly the only area where we feel there is room for improvement.
