Pros:

Muy buena atención de la mayoría del personal, habitaciones cómodas, buen desayuno, buena musica en las noches, facil acceso a la playa, todo muy bien

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien, se le informo en varias oportunidades a la chica de recepción, quien no hizo caso o no notifico, su trato no fue bueno, incluso hasta despectivo, decidimos alojarnos aqui por su ubicación y por permitinirnos tener a nuestra mascota, se nos daño la comida del cachorro ya que la chica de recepción no quizo prestarnos apoyo, la única persona de los trabajadores que no fue agradable fue lidia, el resto del personal su trato fue excelente, sobre todo en el restaurante, y la señora de la limpieza nos presto gran ayuda

La limpieza, todo muy limpio. El personal muy agradable. Y las camas muy cómodas.

Un poco viejo los toboganes y la zona infantil.
La animación de niños, el kids Club no les enganchó mucho, creo que podría mejorar.

Tenía desayuno incluido y no estaba preparado para personas celíacos. La zona que estaba preparado supuestamente para los celíacos no habia nada, pedí pan y fue lo unico q comí con fruta.
Y puse el cartel xa q me arreglaran la habitación y volví a las 17h y a esa hora fueron xa hacerla xa lo q cuesta y el movimiento de personas necesita más personal para poder realizar sus funciones.

Fuimos el junio asiq Buenos poca gente asiq se estaba muy tranquilo en la piscina. Buffet de desayuno normal. Habitación enorme con terraza amplia. Tiene donde tener toallas y bañadores a secar. Tiene una pequeña nevera. A 3 minutos en coche zona con opciones variadas para comer y cenar

El aire o apago o encendido al máximo, no se podía regular. Entiendo que hacía muchísimo calor pero tuvimos que avisar en recepción porque en el pasillo, delante de la habitación había una cucaracha
