Pros:

The room was really comfortable! The bed, the AC, the view was nice

Cons:

Staff were not very well trained if I want to be honest. The hotel needs serious renovation from the outside, to the pool area, to the spa , gym and all. The guy at the spa (with nails) was super rude, he does not know how to treats customers. Also the 10 euros deposit for the towel was not cool.
Finally although the cleaning in the room was good, some of the furniture has stains. Finally the hotel needs to be more oriented to customer service. Imagine i asked the reception for a bottle of water he said you can go buy it from the bar!

Ubicación ideal, entorno natural y relajante
Pros:

Habitación muy grande y espaciosa, con terraza y tendedero. Camas cómodas. Buena limpieza y atención del personal. Las pilas del mando de la tv no funcionaban, avisamos en recepción y enseguida nos las cambiaron. Teníamos desayuno incluido, variado y bueno. Utilizamos la piscina exterior y las hamacas, estuvimos un fin de semana en la primera quincena de junio y no había mucha gente por lo que era tranquilo y relajante. La ubicación es ideal en la zona de Retamar-El Toyo. A pocos minutos andando está la Plaza del Mar, con muchos locales para cenar, y el paseo marítimo. Para ir más lejos o ver otras zonas es necesario coger el coche. Justo al lado del hotel hay una zona de aparcamiento gratuito, y también hay sitio por los alrededores (el parking privado del hotel cuesta 15 euros/día).

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó tenía una puerta de comunicación con la habitación de al lado. Estaba cerrada con llave, pero la insonorización era mínima. Los vecinos no eran discretos ni respetuosos, hablaban a gritos e incluso encendieron una cachimba y fumaron en la habitación, por lo que la nuestra se llenó de humo y olor. Avisamos a recepción y enseguida les llamaron la atención. El hotel no es responsable del comportamiento de sus huéspedes, pero esta experiencia fue desagradable.
Por otro lado, los horarios de comidas nos parecieron reducidos. El día del check-in llegamos sobre las 17:00 y el restaurante ya estaba cerrado. Nos informaron de que podíamos pedir comida al servicio de habitaciones, los platos son de la carta del chiringuito de la piscina del hotel y te cobran además 5 euros por el servicio. Los locales de la Plaza del Mar solo abren para las cenas a partir de las 20:00, así que hicimos hambre hasta esa hora.

Bien para familias con niños.

En junio una maravilla
Pros:

Las instalaciones genial, los exteriores muy bien.

Cons:

Los precios de del chiringuito de la piscina carísimos , y el buffet el desayuno carísimo , es mejor irte a la plaza del mar que está a 2 min andando por el paseo y tiene varios restaurantes para comer y zona de ocio para los niños

Pros:

Las instalaciones, limpieza, personal super amable, vino, fruta y charcutería de bienvenida

Cons:

Buffet. Precios de lujo para la comida ni rica ni buena. A pesar del desayuno. Tampoco fue buena en la cafetería de la piscina con los precios inadecuados. Hemos encontrado una pizzería cerca del hotel y pasamos algunas cenas para allá.

Para repetir
Pros:

Alojamiento excepcional , para repetir. Sobre todo en Junio, poco masificado, ubicación perfecta, playa cerca, limpieza y servicios.
Destacar sobre todo a los animadores infantiles. Carlos y María. Nuestros hijos no querían salir del hotel y contaban los minutos para la próxima actividad. Un equipo muy bonito y muy amable. Primera vez que nuestros hijos quieren acceder a este tipo de actividad lúdica y fue por el acogimiento tan bueno que hicieron los monitores con ellos y otros mucho niños.

Cons:

Los precios del buffet y del chiringuito muy elevados.
