Fue una bonita estancia..repetimos por segunda vez,y no será la última..
Nos gustó sobretodo el trato por parte de recepción,nos cambiaron a una habitación superior por ser ya clientes y fue una pasada...
Sin ninguna duda las 5 estrellas están más que ganadas....volveremos..

Lo que nos llamó la atención es la lentitud en el barecito de la terraza...
Tanto por la mañana,como por la tarde..

Comfortable modern beach hotel
Pros:

- Very clean and modern inside and out. Rooms were spacious, large comfy beds, excellent blackout curtains and generous balconies.
- Great choice at the buffet, breakfast & dinner.
- Huge scenic swimming pools. Right by the beach. Large promenade to walk along and a few bars/restaurants nearby.
- Staff are friendly and helpful, but some with limited English.

Cons:

- Only one restaurant (buffet) included in the half board package. Would have been nice to include at least one night à la carte for variety
- Several pieces of gym equipment were broken and unsafe. When we highlighted this to reception they didn’t do anything to mark the machines out of service.
- Not much to do in the area beyond the beach - it’s a 20 minute taxi ride (€30) to Almeria
- The ‘open bathroom’ set up in the Presidential Suite is very strange - the bath tub is fully open to the living room (no door) and both the toilet and shower have semi-see through walls, also directly in the living room. It’s hard to imagine 4 adults sharing who would find this arrangement comfortable.

L'emplacement au bord de la mer est très bien. Très joli hôtel avec un jardin magnifique. Personnel à la réception chaleureuse. La chambre était bien, b-mol les draps qui ne restent pas en place.

Le service au bar était médiocre, serveuse/serveur pas souriant. On a attendu longtemps. Le serveur a renversé un peu de mon cocktail avec de la tomate, il y en avait sur la table et sur le verre, il n'a rien nettoyé. Pour ma robe blanche c'est pas top. On a dû le rappeler, car il n'a pas eu le reflexe de venir essuyer le tout.
Service au restaurant était ok, sans plus.

Que pudiéramos llevar a nuestro perro con nosotros. El personal de recepción un encanto a destacar la atención de Ariadna y sus compañeras que fueron encantadoras. También al grupo de limpieza ya que fueron muy amables y atentas en todo momento.

Cons:

La poca variedad en la carta ya que aunque te cambiaras de restaurante era la misma en todos. Nos gustaría que hubiera habido algún detalle para las mascotas.

Style over substance and not a 5 star experience
Pros:

We have recently stayed at this hotel for a short break.
It is classed as 5 star, it is lovely to look at, however, I feel it is a case of style over substance.

On arrival, as we had checked in previously online, it was a fairly simple procedure, however, we were not given any information on the hotel or its layout. There was no offer of assistance with our luggage even though it was obvious my husband has walking difficulties. The receptionist just pointed to the corridor and said the lift was there, it was a long walk to the lift, many areas were a good walk and flight of stairs to the pool and dining areas even though the hotel states it accessible for all guests.

The room was clean and well presented, with a good view over the pool to the sea, but we really did not like the layout of the open plan bathroom, the toilet cubicle was ridiculously tiny.
The whole atmosphere of the hotel was soul less, there wasn’t any sort of bar to relax in, only outside tables or high stools and tables in a sort of dining room.
We were on bed and breakfast basis, there was a large selection to choose from, but unfortunately there were a lot of small flies around the fruit section and some of the dishes on the hot plate looked like they had been there for a long time.

The pool area was good and well kept with plenty of sun beds and shades.

For the price we paid we would have expected a lot more, we actually left a day earlier than planned and doubt if we would go back or recommend the hotel.
