Simply fantastic!
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, the bedroom and breakfast room had air con which was needed for the hot weather we are having at the moment. Other hotel used previously (Ethorpe) nearby did not have this luxury. The staff were also very professional, at breakfast they were quick to pick up any used dishes from our table which prevented it getting overcrowded.

Cons:

Nothing!

Peace and quiet with aircon, but so close to motorways.
Pros:

Easy access and parking. Lovely garden at rear. Aircon was a godsend - easy to control.

Cons:

Efficient breakfast staff - too efficient as they whipped away my half empty coffee cup, plate, knife , butter and marmalade whilst going to get some bread! Peaceful,

Good value on the NW side of London outside the low emissions zones
Pros:

Location close to M25 and Heathrow but not inside.

Cons:

Vibe of a function venue not a hotel so stay could be noisy

Service charges are excessive.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Service charges of 12.5% on everything is excessive.
You have to actually 'request' to have your room cleaned - it is not an automatic service!
Got flea bites.
