Awesome gem in the centre of Naples
We loved everything about this hotel. Because it was summer and we have a child it was important to find a hotel with air conditioning and a pool. This place had both. The room was clean comfortable and charming. The ac worked well. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was tasty. It was well located right near many good shops and restaurants. It was pretty quiet. The best!
There is nothing negative to say!
We loved the feel of the place, the staff and the fact that it had a pool, which allowed us to escape the heat of the summer in Naples
It’s fairly expensive given the facilities but forgivable as we really liked it.
The pool also had some harsh chemicals, which hurt the kids skin after they’d stewed all afternoon in there.
I would like to have had better curtains, as it got pretty light in the rooms.
D’y revenir
Rien
Quiet, excellent location, well managed, quite clean, not expensive.
Excellent location, close to great bars, restaurants and tour pick up points. the rooms were a great size and the pool was a little oasis of calm amongst the vibrant city.
Nothing
The location was within walking distance to most of the city. The pool area was lovely to relax. The rooms were very clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. A little oasis in a busy city.
Nothing
Peaceful oasis in the centre of the madness of Naples. Sitting with a delicious breakfast on the terrace outside was wonderful. There was a good spread of scrambled eggs, bacon, hams and cheese and plenty of fruit and pastry options.
The room was a little small but cool and well fitted out with good air con. The swimming pool was small but suited our needs perfectly and enjoying an aperitif by the pool.was heaven.
Some items seemed to run out at breakfast and the reception staff were helpful but not always very engaged with the guests.
Very comfortable bedroom but the shower above bath was difficult to climb in. Needed more hand rails.
Excellent breakfast served by very friendly efficient staff. Refreshing swimming pool, very welcome.
Shower /bath hard to climb in. Bath very slippy. Very noisy in night with shouting and singing till about 4am
I love the location, the calm of its settings in a courtyard, the pool, the Arts in the lobby and rooms, the rooftop terrace, and the friendly staff. Off the Bellini Plaza!
Nothing
The staff member Antonella was the only saving grace of this place. She was super friendly and lovely, even if she couldn't do anything to fix the rest of the hotel.
Score: 1/10
Do not book this room. The photos make you think luxury. The reality is sewage and mould.
The listing images for my exact room category, the "Double or Twin Room," showed a furnished sitting area — two daybeds, an armchair, a desk. I was given a single cramped room (182 sq ft) with none of it. That is the room they sold; it is not the room they provided.
The condition made it worse: a sewage/drain stench through the entire night that made sleep impossible, a bathroom in a visibly poor and unhygienic state consistent with damp and mould, hot water inadequate even to run a bath, and the pool wasn't even cold. For the price, it is indefensible.
The management response was the low point. I raised every issue in writing during my stay. Rather than resolve anything, they were dismissive and combative — they flatly denied the room differed from the listing while their own photographs proved otherwise, refused any refund, and repeatedly framed their failure as my problem.
Central location and a period building are the only things keeping this off zero, and neither is worth what they charge. This is a one-star operation at a five-star price. Book literally anywhere else, and if you do end up here, photograph everything and check your room against the listing before you unpack — you will need the evidence.
Great to be in a gated location off the noisy street! Nice pool and outdoor seating and great staff and service. Breakfast was amazing.
Our room had no view and the AC didn’t work well.
