I like the breakfast, lots of choices. Location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, next to the Wakayama Castle. I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends who visit Wakayama.
No. All is good!
Excellent room - 19m2 - great view overlooking the Castle (you have to select a Castle view room). Family Mart on the ground floor. Fantastic breakfast, lots or room and a great range of foods - also restaurant overlooks the castle.
Not that close to stations - 2km to Wakayama station and 1.2km to Wakayamashi station. Walkable though.
駐車代が1000円ですが出し入れ自由なので良かった。
清潔感があり、設備も充分必要なものがある。
駅からのアクセスは最高ではないが、車旅だったので問題無し。
旅の目的の大部分は和歌山城だったので、部屋や朝食会場からお城が見えて最高だった。
朝食もバラエティがあり、味も良く満足できた。
特に悪いところは無かった。
部屋の変更をすぐに対応してくれました！マッサージチェアがとても快適でした！

とても清潔で部屋も広め、お風呂もいい
冷蔵庫が壊れていたのか冷えない、お城が見えるのを楽しみに来たのにどの部屋からも見えるわけではなかった
全てが期待以上なのは間違いないですが、清掃に関しては窓についた手の跡や窓際の埃など、見落としと思われる感じが残っていて少しもったいない気持ちになりました。
それ以外は本当に素晴らしく、また宿泊したいです。

フロントの方からお部屋の掃除の方まで、スタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧で感じが良かった。

とにかくキレイで部屋が広いです！
ベッドと壁の間がすごく広くて子供がいても全く邪魔にならない！ロケーションもホテル下にマクドナルド、コンビニなどがあり、部屋からはきれいに和歌山城も見れてすごく便利でお得感がありました。
これといって特にないけど20階建てくらいあるのでエレベーターがなかなかこない！5分近く待った時もありましたが、それもそんなに気にならないくらいいいホテルでした！
