Klimaanlage, Lage, Garage (wenn auch nur wenige Plätze u nicht reservierbar), Ausblick auf höheren Stockwerken (Zimmer von Etage 4-12),wenn auch nichts für Menschen mit Höhenangst, da rostigen Gitterbalkone.
Wir haben tatsächlich auf den Matratzen sent gut geschlafen. Aufgrund der Bewertungen wussten wir grob, was uns erwartet, erfüllte uns dennoch den Zweck

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aufzüge angsteinflößend. Balkontür nicht ganz zu schließen, man sah, dass von aussen mal aufgebrochen wurde. Zimmerschloss rastete nicht ein - nur per Schlüssel abschließbar. Nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer - nichts auf dem Balkon. Gammel-/ Abwassergeruch im Zimmer zu Beginn, der nach Inbetriebnahme der Klimaanlage verflog

Ein leckeres Frühstück. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Köche für das Ofengemüse und die Pfannkuchen aus der Kreativküche. Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Kantine ist wirklich freundlich.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Hotels lässt den Zahn der Zeit deutlich erkennen. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Abzugshaube. Die Balkontür und das Fenster ließen sich nicht vollständig schließen, was zu Lärm im Zimmer führte. Auf dem Balkon klapperte drei Tage lang eine Kunststoffverkleidung im Wind und wäre beinahe herausgerissen worden. Der Aufzug auf der linken Seite hatte schlecht funktionierende Türen. Auch die Sanitäranlagen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht einwandfrei.

Lokalizacja jets naprawdę super , blisko plaży ,blisko galerii , blisko dworca i centrum .
Śniadania są naprawdę smaczne a obsługa bardzo pomocna i uprzejma .w pokoju czysto. Z balkonu widoki na całą panoramę miasta .cena też jest naprawdę dobra .
Więc polecam od serca .

excellent location ,,staff was more friendlier than the front desk staff.. food was excellent constantly supplied the condiments .very accomodating

Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom was clean, renovated and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is very very old. The neighborhood looks abandoned although it is not so far from the center. The rooms do not have fridge and it happened to not have water to buy, at all in the hotel although it was over 40 degrees. One of the windows from the bathroom was connected with the neighboring balcony.
The breakfast was not so good.

L'hotel è in posizione prossima al centro città, raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti di camminata.
Sin qui tutto bene.
La camera era dotata di balcone con vista panoramica sul porto (commerciale). Comunque una bella vista sulla costa.
Il parcheggio, se si è in moto, va "conquistato", poiché il personale dell'hotel predilige le vetture e non considera che anche i motociclisti sono clienti che pagano le camere. Il giudizio è positivo in quanto il posto moto, pur faticosamente conquistato, era al coperto e gratuito, ossia compreso nel costo del soggiorno. Pertanto, una volta appianate le divergenze sul parcheggio, il giudizio è da considerarsi positivo.
Colazione: abbondante e variegata. Peccato solo che non ci sia il caffè espresso, in quanto quello che viene erogato come tale non è sembrato essere caffè, quanto, piuttosto, orzo.

Cons:

In primo luogo, l'approccio dello staff nei confronti di viaggiatori in moto, che giungono da un viaggio effettuato con 40 gradi all'ombra e che, pertanto, stanchi ed accaldati non vorrebbero discutere per un parcheggio, peraltro presente e disponibile.
Il concierge si è comunque fatto perdonare in seguito.
In secondo luogo, anche in questa struttura ci è stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato del soggiorno, in sede di check in.
Fortunatamente, è stato possibile pagare con carta e non necessariamente per contanti, come invece accaduto in Slovenia.
In ogni caso, è singolare che venga richiesto un pagamento anticipato, considerato che il pagamento delle prenotazioni eseguite tramite Booking sono garantite da carta di credito.
Tant'è.
Per concludere, la struttura si presenta per molti versi da rimodernare e necessita di alcune manutenzioni.

Rijekában megfelelő szállás, ha nincsenek nagy igényeid
Pros:

A reggeli közepes, van rántotta, virsli, vizezett gyümölcslé. A szoba eléggé retro feeling, nincs hűtő!!! Az erkély rácsozott, nincsenk kültéri bútorok. Nem jó érzés oda kiülni. A klíma viszont működik.

Cons:

A szálloda előtt egy elég forgalmas út megy el. Csendre nem lehet számítani. A szoba olyan, mintha az 1970-es években lennél. Minden olyan, a fürdőszoba és az ágy is. Egy éjszakára megfelelő.
