Pros:

My room had a wonderfull balcony with a view all over the city. I also enjoyed the design of the room, the artistic decoration, the staff was very kind, the room very clean. Overall a beautiful place to stay!

Cons:

If i had to ask something, it would be a little more variety at breakfast!

Great location but needs updating.
Pros:

The location was superb and the views were incredible. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Andrea who was excellent and a credit to the hotel. We liked the quirkiness of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel really needs a deep clean and paint refresh as many of the walls were badly marked and the bathroom door in our room (33) was not clean at all. The shower was very hit and miss and rarely warm enough to use properly.

Accueil. Emplacement. A moins d' un quart d'heure à pieds des offices, du Duomo et de la gare de Santa Maria Novella .Propreté.
Petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Un hôtel un peu vieillot mais charmant.
Un peu cher, mais c'est Florence qui est comme ça.

Pros:

La azotea y el lugar de desayunar.

Cons:

No tenía nevera, tuve que reclamarla, así como toallas de mano. La recepcionista de la mañana ni caso, una sonrisa y no hizo nada. El de la tarde al menos me dio toallas. El de la niche nos tuvo 10 min en la calle porque no abría. Hay que mejorar eso y el mobiliario.
