Bon hotel, però millorable en algun aspecte
Pros:

Ubicació i preu.

Cons:

Habitació massa petita, més de l'esperat. El mobles s'han d'actualitzar, s'han de posar nous perquè alguns són insuficients (per exemple, un calaix s'obria sol i vaig haver de posar la maleta per aguantar-lo).

La vue du patio était bien.

Cons:

Ne prenez pas la chambre 16 car il y a un patio au dessus et tous les gens de l hotel on accès a toute heure de la nuit. Donc pas dormi et suite a une ruptures de l ai conditionné la première journée ce fut tres difficile. Une odeur de cigarette imprégné dans toute la chambre.

Personale gentile e disponile; la struttura è in posizione ottimale per girare la città , tuttavia è abbastanza datata e non molto accogliente .

Cons:

Il bagno non era molto pulito, ho trovato numerosi peli nella doccia . Il condizionatore posizionato sopra il terzo letto con alette guaste e non posiziona lui verso l’alto, ci ha costretto a spostare ogni sera il letto . Vistosa macchia di umidità sulla parete

Poor experience. will never recommend
Pros:

The room was fine for Florence rates. It is rated as 3 star. I would give ZERO star.

Cons:

Identical breakfast every single day. Boring to eat.

Noise from rooms above and beside through out the nights. The Staff at the reception refused to help in requesting the occupants to maintain silence and not disturb others. Very bad experience. Just had no peaceful sleep a single night
