Sus expectativas son su problema
Intenté descansar una semana en este hotel. Lo elegí por su ubicación, que sí es cómoda: se puede llegar fácilmente a todos los lugares necesarios. Un gran punto a favor es que está cerca de la estación del Tren a las Nubes, a unos 10 minutos caminando.
El desayuno está incluido en la tarifa, pero es muy repetitivo: después de una semana cansa. De verduras, solo tomate. En cambio, sobran las facturas y panificados tan queridos por los argentinos, que una persona acostumbrada a un desayuno europeo normal no suele comer a la mañana. Gracias al menos por el omelette y la fruta.
Elegí este hotel porque tenía spa. En la descripción parecía todo muy acogedor y pensado para descansar.
En la práctica, por la tarde el personal del spa es desagradable y nada amable, con una actitud de vigilante. Sonrisas forzadas, control de cada paso del huésped. En el gimnasio, por alguna razón incomprensible, no funcionan las cintas para correr. Después de limpiar el baño, la señora de limpieza tira el agua prácticamente hacia la zona de la pileta.
Las normas de higiene claramente no existen para este spa: no se puede entrar al agua de la pileta porque se ve suciedad a simple vista, mucosidad y pelos flotando.
Si un hotel ofrece una pileta dentro de sus instalaciones, lo lógico es que también entregue batas y pantuflas. Sobre todo si ni siquiera hay lockers o casilleros para cambiarse.
Pedí una habitación tranquila. Todo estuvo bien hasta que llegó un equipo de fútbol. Por algún motivo, la administración del hotel decidió alojar a los deportistas cerca de mi habitación. Toda la noche gritaron, escucharon música y golpearon puertas. Si sus entrenadores y padres no les enseñaron educación, ¿qué hizo la administración para que el resto de los huéspedes pudiera descansar? Nada. Absolutamente nada.
Es decir, yo pagué para no poder dormir. ¿Qué compensación me ofreció el hotel? Salir una hora más tarde.

excelemnte el hotel , el personal de maravilllas, la pileta hermosa, nos toco un habioatcion expectacular y el restauran muy bueno, a dos cuadras de las peñas, muy comodo y agradable

Bem localizado. Dá para ir a pé até a rua onde ficam os principais restaurantes e shows culturais. Aliás Salta dá para fazer quase tudo a pé.
The hotel is more a business hotel with some facilities (pool). Is a little bit old fashion. The big difference is the friendliness of the their staff and the pool.
The breakfast was complete.
The towels were a little bit old. They dont allow to bring towels from the pool to the room, so you will need to walk wet from the pool to the room.

The spaciousness of the room. Can walk to the main square.
We booked a junior suite for its sitting area, but the furniture is old and doesn’t look clean, thereby not very appealing to relax there. To us, not having a kettle in the room is inconvenient although guests can get both cold and hot water in the lobby. Internet connection is extremely poor. Every evening, we had to contact the front desk to reset the modem, and it can be “still not working”. Breakfast is the same everyday and very so so. We booked three tours with Get A Guide, and every time we were the last ones to be picked up and got the worst seats in the vans. While this has nothing to do with the hotel, we wonder if the location matters.
Tiene un buen desayuno y las instalaciones son acordes al precio aunque podrían modernizarse un poco.
No funcionaba internet en ningún lado, dos redes para un hotel tan grande no alcanza. Los ampleados poco amables, en especial la señorita del spa/pileta. Tuve problemas con la llave magnetica, mi puerta quedaba abierta y la empleada de recepcion pareció molesta cuando pedí mantenimiento. La única excepción el chico de la tarde del check in y la señorita del desayuno. El resto deja mucho que desear. Fui hace un par de años, por eso volví, pero ya no se si volveria.

A lot of noises in the rooms , very old forniture and the floors make a lot of noises . Old stuff in there , AC wasn’t working, I didn’t have a good time.
