The property itself is great, very clean room, nice location, quite environment, free parking place, what was for me very comfortable as long as i was with car. Also I found out that Milo is the place where despite the weather can be hot during the day time during the night is very cool and pleasent.

Pros:

Great Hotel with Etna views from rooms and terrace. You can see lava from your bed. Very nice owner Raffaello. Shame we could stay more nights and enjoy rooftop dinner

Cons:

When i arrived on a Saturday afternoon hotel doors was locked. Tried to use contact number provided and text on booking, but they kept hanging up and nobody replied to texts. After 15-20 min another guest let me in and person who worked there said i should ring the bell. And there is a bell you just have to figure it out yourself where it is and which button to press. Things were broken in my room like curtains and toilet seat. Curtain all dirty from dragging on the ground, and toilet seat looks like it was bought from Temu for 3€. Room door have marks like someone was breaking into it. It says on their page that they have car park, but that's not true. You can park on the road in front of the hotel if there is space or to actual public car park and walk few min.

La proximité pour le départ de randonnée sur l’Etna : départ nocturne, sandwichs préparés et prêts pour le départ à 3h am
