The front desk lady was kind
Pool and jacuzzi were disgusting. They closed it due to it being so gross. Our door was broken with an active maintenance request in room. Brown stains in mattresses. Had to move rooms as did another guest
Room was comfortable, althought they need a little more attention to detail as there was some stuff on the floor beside the bed. Breakfast was wonderful and had protein. Staff was kind.
I didn't get to experience the facilities although that wasn't their fault. Parking was sparce and I had to carry a lot into my room in two separate trips.

The young lady who checked me in was very nice and pleasant
I didn’t like the fact that the curtains were stayed. Also, we only had a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. , the first night we stayed the TV was not working, so I proceeded to call down to the front desk. I was greeted with a rude young man that answered the phone and I told him what the problem was and he told me he basically could not fix it because he was the only one at the front desk. Then I proceeded to inform him that I cannot watch the TV and he told me that he’s not saying that I can’t watch TV. He’s saying he cannot help me because he’s the only one at the front desk tonight. Also, on Saturday I went out and I arrived fairly late back to the hotel only to find that the person at the front desk was sleeping on the couch when I walked in. that made me feel unease.
Breakfast
All about perspective but you can get a contact high just walking the hallways in this place. Didn't even give the munchies just a dirty skunk smell throughout hallways.
We enjoyed the area and the layout of the hotel; it's very close to restaurants, retail, and entertainment. The rooms were spacious and the aesthetics were great! The pool and sauna are indoors so that's a plus! The breakfast option was a great perk with a spacious seating area. I was very surprised to find out they served turkey products as a breakfast option. The Ms. Virginia and Ms Wanda' were fantastic they were courteous and helpful. Ms Virginia personally assisted us with a technical issue with the television in our room.
The room was not as clean as expected we found an old tool kit, sock, Pedialyte bottle, and some minute items under the seating in the main area and between the bed and nightstand. The breakfast was ok some of the options were not in stock so we were not able to try some things. The sauna had some kind of soap or something in it and it was a bit unusual because it resembled a giant bubble bath.

I appreciated the manager refunding me my money. However, the unnecessary amount of time it took was ridiculous
When we arrived at 10pm, it was dark. we got to our room, and I had to clean the bathroom floor myself as the lady at the front desk gave me the cleaner and rag. I explained to her that after I cleaned the floor, I noticed pee on the back of the toilet-nothing. During the night, my son and I were attacked by bugs, we kept waking up itching and all the next day we itched.
At first, I called the hotel when we left for the day to clean it, however, I was informed by booking.com that they would clean my room sometime that day and could not give me a time. Finally, I had to go back to the hotel and wait around, we are now at around 10 am- as I waited until 12pm to have someone clean I decided to further inspect the room and check reviews on Tripadvisor.com, come to find out this hotel someone said had bed bugs! as I was going downstairs, I noticed that the housekeeping went past my room and was cleaning other rooms. I asked to speak with a manager, as none of the other staff were helpful. The manager tried to get me into another room, I respectfully declined and stated that I just wanted my money back. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE
Location was nice
Beds were very uncomfortable and there is a smoke smell throughout the hotel.
