Excellent stay
Pros:

I've stayed here numerous times and never had a bad stay. The staff always greets you and. makes sure your stay is good. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The biscuits at breakfast were a little hard but I've had worse.. This time they were on the spot. I don't have any complaints. Like I said I've stayed there several times and will stay there many more. I travel through that area a lot.

Helpful staff
Pros:

Great staff, large suites, and good shared amenities (pool, gym, breakfast). Generally clean room.
The employee at the front desk was helpful and responsive when issues arose with the room.

Cons:

Parking was extremely limited.
The room, although generally clean, had some crumbs and dirt on the floor and counters.
Toilet in the room ran loudly through the night (enough to be heard from behind a wall and door) and wouldn't flush. If I wanted to use the restroom I would have to go to the lobby (from the 3rd floor).
The shower in the room drained slowly, and would stay ankle-deep while bathing.

I asked to change rooms at check-in but there weren't any available— since I was unable to use the restroom (toilet or shower) it makes this a bit more of an issue :(

Would stay again only for the price
Pros:

It was pretty quiet for as many people that were staying there.

Cons:

Front desk staff arguing/talking about each other. The water smelled a bit funny. Check in was supposed to be at 3, but because 2 house keepers quit mid shift, it delayed check in for an hour. smh

Cons:

Not enough handicap parking spaces. I had to park a long distance away with an orthopedic disability. I was also told the pool closed at 10pm so I was unable to get my aqua exercise done when I returned to the hotel. I later found out a group of people were allowed to use the facility after hours.
