Every employee we came across was friendly
We stayed at a several comfort suits along our trip and this was the worst one. The facility was not up to date. Chairs ripped, broken bathroom shelves, wiped down but not clean. Definitely felt older and not really remodeled. Just repainted. The beds were also pretty uncomfortable compared to the hotels we’ve been staying in (all comfort suites around the east coast). The woman who worked breakfast was also so nice - but the food wasn’t comparable to the other comfort suits as well.
Location to get on and off the interstate was easy
The property was not very clean. We had to be put in three different rooms until everything in the room worked. AC didn’t get very cold.
Breakfast was fine
Elevators were not working for the entire stay, bathroom sink slow draining, telephone not working in room
Everyday we stayed something at the hotel broke. we stayed 5 days and it became comical. day 1, No AC. day 2 no elevator, and we were on 5th floor. day 3 door to room would not shut, at all. day 4 pool closed. day 5 we checked out before seeing new issue. wanted to stay to complete hotel issues bingo
hotel needs many more maintenance guys, everything kept breaking. also in 5 days never had housekeeping service, not 1 time, i feel i should not have to ask for this
The beds were comfortable, had working AC, decent breakfast eggs , sausages, different breads, coffee , juice, yogurt and a waffle maker
No one ever came to clean our rooms like to take out the garbage or replenish towels or just for maintenance or to see if we needed toilet paper, the sofa bed is very small and there was an issue with the elevators like we never felt safe getting into it but we were on the 5th floor , the chairs in the area where you have breakfast need an update
The elevator did not work. It had not been inspected since 2/2025. The night staff was rude and had an attitude when I asked about the elevator. The facility could use a upgrade
Quite
Rude staff booking app didn’t tell whole truth they false advertise
The room was nice and large for the price. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a large variety.
The staff were not friendly. They weren’t rude but not pleasant. Both of the remotes to the tvs didn’t work and took a while to get that fixed.
The rooms were clean and neat, the lighting was a little dim, but managed to see into our luggage. The bathroom was very clean, beds comfortable and the air conditioning was great, kept me cool all evening while we slept.
The breakfast was ok, my husband liked the egg and sausage, I had the waffles, but didn't like how I had to pour the mix onto the waffle maker. It was a bit messy. Over all it was good.
Night staff that changed our room.
When we walked in to check-in the lobby was gloomy. The staff said that that they keep the lights low due to lack of AC. When we went to our room the bathroom was dirty with little hairs all over the place. The pull-out coach had stains all over it and when we were leaving out the handle fell off the door and the a/c was bad. Do not stay in room 317. It was so bad we had to get our room switched. The new room was a little better but the TV just kept saying not signal. I was over it and this point and just went to bed. I was glad we only had to stay there for 1 night. Also, we went down for breakfast at 8:30 and nothing was left and the dinner room was really dirty. I had to poke my head in and ask the lady if she could bring out some more waffle and sausage. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
