To avoid the Low Emissions Zone, we inform you that you must take the Zabalburu exit and go down Juan de Garay. We remind you that LEZ hours are from 07:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and without restrictions on weekends and holidays.
Our hotel is just outside the ZLE (Zone of Low Emissions) and we must add an information about it in Property description. Guest coming by car must not enter in the ZLE to avoid fine. To reach the hotel by car, it is highly recommended to take exit 116C direction "Zabalburu" form A8 Motorway.

Le distributeur d'eau fraîche et chaude dans le couloir est très pratique.

Ausstattung sehr einfach, keine Garderobe, zu wenig Regalfächer für drei Personen, kein Tisch, Zimmer für drei fast zu klein.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a lively area of town, not in the centre but accessible to public transport.
It was hard to get information from staff about places and public transport. May be staff could be trained to guide us on how to get bus tickets to the Tourist Office . I have the feeling that staff in some Ibis hotels don't have the patience for it. We are made to feel a bit stupid for asking those questions. Otherwise they are very friendly and helpful.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im ibis Bilbao Centro sehr positiv in Erinnerung. Das Hotel liegt wirklich gut – vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, und in der Umgebung gibt es außerdem zahlreiche Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer war eher schlicht, hatte aber alles, was wir brauchten. Einen Kühlschrank gibt es im Zimmer nicht, allerdings kann man Sachen problemlos unten im Kühlschrank aufbewahren lassen. Einen Wasserkocher gibt es ebenfalls nicht, dafür steht auf dem Flur ein Wasserspender mit heißem und kaltem Wasser. Außerdem gibt es eine Glasflasche, die man immer wieder mit Wasser auffüllen kann.
Da ich Veganerin bin, war ich auch mit dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden. Es gab veganen Joghurt, verschiedene Pflanzendrinks, Haferflocken, Samen und Obst. Außerdem wurden Bohnen in Tomatensoße und Pilze angeboten. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls sehr gut. In Hotels ist die vegane Auswahl nicht immer ausreichend, deshalb war ich hier wirklich positiv überrascht.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert, was für uns besonders wichtig war, da die Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts draußen bis zu
42 °C erreichten. In das angenehm kühle Zimmer zurückzukommen, war jedes Mal eine große Erleichterung.
Wir haben insgesamt sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht und können dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße!

Es un Ibis, básico y completo en lo que ya sabes que vas a encontrar. Por 12 euros/día aparcamos en el parking del Hotel. Bien ubicado y cómodo para lo que queríamos (1 noche de paso)

Location is good.
Rooms are small and tiny bathroom. bare minimum facility. 2 paper cups provided, no water or kettle. lobby is just a sofa for 3-4 person.
Excellent value for money. Large comfortable room was clean, friendly staff. Short walk away from the sights. Liked that there was a fountain to fill water bottles on each floor.
The area between the hotel and the train station was a bit rough, I wouldn’t want to walk it at night.
