Pros:

We had a trailer and there was absolutely nowhere to park. We arrived at about 10:30 and there was nobody at the front desk. I waited there trying to talk to someone to see if they could help maybe find another Comfort inn close by, but finally gave up. So bottom line is I paid for a room that I never used.

The location is good in centrally located. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The parking lot isn't too big and when we showed up there were no spots left. The front desk was happy to allow us to park next to the front door for the night.

UNETHICAL PRACTICE.
Cons:

BEWARE of unexpected post-stay charges.
We only stayed at this hotel for a few hours—we arrived in the evening and left the next morning as part of our family road trip from Calgary to California. We were traveling with our two young children and grandparents, and our vehicle was already packed full of our own luggage and belongings. After checkout, the hotel charged us US$100, alleging that we had taken a comforter. We categorically deny this allegation. We were never notified before our credit card was charged or given an opportunity to respond. After this happened, I found SEVERAL reviews describing similar experiences, which raised concerns for me. I recommend future guests document the condition of their room and carefully review their credit card statements after checkout.
