The reception opening hours are as follows:
- Mondays to Saturdays: 07:00 - 22:00
- Sundays: 08:00 - 15:00

Hotel espectacular a preu super ajustat!
Pros:

Qualitat preu indicutible. barat pel que ofereixen. les habitacions son grans, fresques inclús amb la calor que feia el estiu 2026. l'entorn magnific i el personal molt i molt amable. Ens van ajudar a obrir la porta per aparcar al moto al parking interior i son com una gran familia. Disposa de restaurant. El preu espectaular també. Esun petit paradis verd a prop de frankfurt....

Res. Tot be. Vam tenir un malentes amb els plats del restaurant i van portar pollastre i no vedella. Tot i que el preu del menjar está per sobre de la mitjana, i el plat no era el que volia, s'ha de dir que es bonissim i ho val. Estic segur que va ser un error sense importantcia i sense qeu sigui habitual perque tot el personal es super profesional. Molta sort amb la nova direccio!!

Breakfast and very clean.
Staff ok.

Cons:

We had no water to flush the toilet one evening and night.
We had to use bucket 🪣 bin in order to clean the toilet like in the 19th century.
I give ONE star because no one apologised to us.
MISTAKES CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME, but to not apologise for inconvenience, I find it very unpolite.
Probably because we are not Germans.
All rooms are on the lower ground floor.

Schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Freundliches Personal und Wellness-Bereich u. Zimmer sauber
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen und top ausgestattet, auch wenn das Design stark an die 90er erinnert. Jedoch ist alles sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Das Restaurant ist sehr hochpreisig. Kein Hauptgang unter 20 EUR, Wolfsbarsch für 36 EUR. Die Vorspeisen liegen zwischen 16 und 20 EUR. Das ist mit keinem Spesensatz zu vereinbaren, die Portionen waren übersichtlich. Ein kleine Speisekarte in der Weinstube wäre schön gewesen.

Cons:

Leider war sehr wenig los, was ein wenig auf die Stimmung drückt. Ein fast leeres Hotel wirkt seltsam bedrückend.

Heel mooi hotel, toegewijd en vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime kamer, prachtige badkamer en hele mooie groene omgeving.

Cons:

Jammer dat er niemand was toen we arriveerden. Dat was allemaal goed geregeld, maar het voelt toch wat ongemakkelijk, een leeg hotel binnenstappen.
's-nachts erg warm op de kamer en airco leek niets uit te maken.
