As per Colombia´s tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Permit must be shown upon arrival. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Very disappointed. We liked NH hotels but changed our mind about it by this stay.

Cons:

There’s no international news program available.
There’s coffee machine in the room but only one intense flavor and one decaffeinated pod provided. When we asked more intense coffee pod at the reception. We were told that we’re allowed to have 3 pods a day—-what is this??? Staffs are generally unfriendly—-no greetings upon each arrival. We didn’t feel welcomed.

Ubicacion excelente
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena y el hotel esta en perfectas condiciones, solo tengo un comentario: el piso de la regadera es muy resbaloso, inclusive me resbale cunado me bañe. Sugiero que pongan algun tipo de antiderrapante para proteger de un futuro accidente a algun otro cliente.

Let down by lack of services
Pros:

Room was a good size and really clean. Very good value for money.

Cons:

Staff were rude and the bar was closed during our stay so we couldn’t get a drink. There were basically no facilities beyond the room.

Lärm- und Lichtbelästigung in der Nacht
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sauber

Cons:

Extrem laute Männer nachts auf dem Flur, Türen mit sehr breiten Rillen so dass Licht und Lärm vom Flur reinkommt. Zimmer vibriert wenn sich der Lift bewegt. Fenster so schmutzig, dass keine Aussicht möglich ist.
