Excellent property with friendly staff. The hotel was clean and our room was immaculate. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet and a lamp for the desk. The kitchen table also needs an electrical outlet. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. The breakfast was standard fare for a Homewood, although there was no fresh, cut up fruit or waffles. The hotel is within minutes of Portland and there are numerous restaurant options nearby. I definitely recommend this property.
Wonderful stay at a very clean and customer friendly hotel. We are spending our anniversary here-our room was everything we asked for and very comfortable. Our housekeeper was great professional and courteous, front desk, breakfast staff and shuttle driver all excellent.

A very basic hotel with terrible customer service at the front desk upon check in. The young man at the desk was dour, unfriendly. Didn’t share any information at all about the hotel. I had to ask about when breakfast was served, where the elevators were. Were Hilton Gold and there was no warmth extended to us whatsoever. On the other hand: we appreciated the ample free parking and the fact that their prices are less exorbitant than what one finds in downtown Portland. Not sure I’d come back, though.

Excellently managed and staffed hotel. Clean, comfortable, great breakfasts with very pleasant help, pool and outside basketball half court setup. Close to 95 and Maine Mall, minutes from downtown Portland. Front desk staff MJ and Sally are welcoming, patient, and wonderfully professional. Definitely stay here. Rates are quite reasonable for the value received.

Worst "free" breakfast I have ever seen offered at a hotel. Sausage that looks like a beef jerky stick, some dried out shredded pork are the meat options. The oatmeal was lumpy & almost cold - even the scrambled eggs were awful. No options for waffles or pancakes. I would not feed this sruff to my dog!! To make matters worse the coffee is tasteless & watery. We had to go to McDonalds to get a decent cup of coffee. Our previous hotel- Holiday Inn Express in White River Junction had a fabulous delicious breakfast. Our next hotel is Homewood Suites in Massachuttes & I hope it is better. HILTON HOTELS - GET A GRIP. I worked in the travel industry over 35 yrs. Your product used to be good but has really gone downhill. I challenge Hilton management to eat at this hotel & see what you think.

Having to ask for towels
The suite was cute. Hotel was clean. Staff was super friendly, And it was in a great location.
The pool has been out of service for quite some time and if I had known that I would have picked a different hotel considering we were just going down there to celebrate his 50th birthday and lounge around. Not cool for $433 for 2 nights. When I look these hotels up on booking I expect booking to have checked that these facilities still have the amenities that are disclosed. So I am extremely disappointed with booking.com and this is not the first time I have disappointed.
