Pros:

Staff eccezionale: gentili, accoglienti e premurosi. Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta.
Inoltre ci hanno fornito dei consigli preziosi per il nostro soggiorno ad Almería.
La posizione dell'hotel è centralissima.
La piscina sul rooftop offre una vista bellissima sulla cittá.

Pros:

I liked the location and the pool. The staff were also helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the walls must be quite thin. I had really noisy neighbours and could hear every word of their conversation. I ended up having to ring reception to ask them to stop talking so loudly.

In addition, the bar didn't seem open. Would have been nice to be able to get refreshments next to the pool.

El hotel no está a la altura de un cuatro estrellas.
Pros:

El personal de recepción es muy amable. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ubicación es estupenda.

Cons:

Detesto que el baño esté en la habitación, me recuerda a las pensiones de la posguerra, por mucho que algunos arquitectos se empeñen en imponernos su particular forma de entender la vida. La habitación está insonorizada de forma muy deficiente, pues se escucha el ruido, y las conversaciones del bar situado debajo de la ventana, como si estuviesen, camareros y clientes, dentro de la habitación.
