Brilliant location - near everything. Car parking was also convenient and reasonably priced. Pool area was spacious and a great place to relax. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Gym was well equipped and had good opening hours. Really great overall
The lifts were very creaky! Minor point but we really need appreciate saying goodbye to them

El personal fue super amable y atento, tuvimos un problema medico ajeno y se volcaron en facilitarnos las cosas.

la piscina aparte de un poco pequeña es muy incomoda para salir y meterte en ella
A localização para explorar a cidade a pé (para quem não busca por praias) é realmente muito boa!
Há muitas escadas no hotel onde não existem elevadores!
O estacionamento conveniado é caro, ruim e pouco conveniente.
A falta de equipe e estrutura torna a experiência do café da manhã frustrante (mesmo com apenas 1/3 das mesas ocupadas a reposição do buffet é lenta/falha e faltam talheres, pratos, xícaras, etc.)
A cama do apartamento é minúscula.
The hotel was ideally located for all local attractions, restaurants, bars and the station for buses & trains. It was spacious in the rooms and communal areas. The rooftop terrace & pool were an added bonus. All the staff were friendly and helpful and could speak many languages.

Todo. El trato del personal de recepción fue impecable durante mi estancia, la recepcionista del turno de tarde del martes 15 de septiembre es encantadora da muchas explicaciones y es paciente. La piscina me encanto las vistas a la alcazaba impresionantes y los detalles en la habitación genial. Volveré.
Ubicación del hotel y limpieza de las habitaciones excelente.
En la piscina de la terraza dejaron a dos niñas bañarse con ropa interior en lugar de con bañadores me parece antihigiénico y de poca profesionalidad que el personal de la piscina que estaba allí, un chico que daba las toallas, hiciera la vista gorda y lo consintiera.

Situación y tamaño de la tv. Profundizar un poco más en la limpieza del baño.
