Pros:

Breakfast was good. Not very varied but you would not leave hungry. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

More of a 3-star hotel, doesn't get to 4 in my opinion. The air conditioner in the room did not work. The terrace outside is nice; however it is used for smoking, so if there's anyone smoking, you will smell it, and the whole idea of having a terrace (where you can breathe fresh air) is gone.

Short and pleasant stay in Milano
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel door, and 2 metro stations within a 10-minute walk. Staff are polite and helpful, always willing to help. Breakfast was good, especially for the 8 EUR price. The room was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Strangely enough, coffee at breakfast was not as good as I expected it to be in Italy. Espresso and ristretto tasted closer to americano... This could be improved. Otherwise, nothing else to add.

Pros:

可愛いお部屋で静かに過ごすことができました。朝食も充実しており、スタッフも明るく親切でした。チェックアウトの際は、スタッフがスーツケースをエントランスまで運んでくれました。大変お世話になりました。ミラノに滞在する際は、また利用いたします。有難うございました。

Cons:

エントランスからフロントまで階段で下るため、スーツケースの移動が若干大変でした。
