The breakfast staff was great, the breakfast options could have been better compared to other hotels.

The breakfast options could have been better compared to other hotels. Also the new Coffee machine was awesome but it gave the option for iced coffee, however ice was unable to be found.

Pros:

The property is close to I40, and the flea market. This is my 2nd time staying at this location, and the employees are always super nice.

Cons:

The mattress in rm:115 isn’t the best definitely needs a new mattress. Hurt my wife’s and my back,

I got to my room the the door was already opened then I walk in and there was gun stick to the chair , mold inside of the bathroom and lettuce and food and rubber bands everywhere and sticky stuff on counters I told the front desk and she refunded my money and then it never went back onto my card me and my family were 7 hours away from home and needed the money to stay somewhere else since it was after bank hours and all atms we went to didn’t accept any cash to be able to add onto our card and still dealing with our refund issue

Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a coffee/ latte/hot chocolate machine in the lobby that was available 24 hrs. My wife and nephew loved that. The pool hrs are great, except we only got to enjoy it once because they decided to paint. Hotel was clean and easy to get to.

The fact that they decided to paint the pool room floor and we couldn't enjoy it.

The two employees we interacted with during the stay were kind.

Cons:

There was hair all over the bath tub. There was a hole in the ceiling above the bed that made the room smell awful. The bed was so close to the ac that it could not properly run and the room was very stuffy. Also I left with bug bites. We checked in at 8pm went to town and then got back to room at 11:30pm checking out at 1am after trying to give the room time to cool down. The owner decided because they charged our card at 3pm due to filling up that we only deserved 1 nights refund after paying for 2 nights. I had 2 kids trying to make the best of the situation until they begged to leave.
