Decent value
Pros:

Convenient location. I wound up staying 2 nights and took a ride into Great Smoky Mountain National Park, about 45 minutes away.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too soft. Shower drain is incredibly slow. I found myself standing in shower water as the drain took over 4 minutes to empty the tub.

They're good place for a visit to Kodak Tennessee
Pros:

It was a good location for our trip. The staff is friendly. They have a good place for the pets to walk on the grass. It's reasonably clean overall. It's not carpeted but has laminate which if great when there are pets staying there as well as less allergens and much cleaner than carpet could possibly be.
I would stay there again. Breakfast was good with many choices including eggs and sausage and waffles etc.
We ate at local Chop House steak restaurant that was very nice.

Cons:

Not really any complaints.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good location
Pros:

We arrived late and June checked us in and was very kind. We were very grateful the pool stayed open later than most so our three boys could burn some energy before bed after being in the car for so long. The beds were comfortable and we appreciate it that there was a pull out inside of the room so we did not have to rent an extra room for a quick overnight stay.

Cons:

While we were thrilled to be across from the pool room, it's placement seemed a little strange. Too close to other booked rooms who did not want to hear three little boys playing in the pool at 10:00 p.m.

However the worst part of it was, one of the queen beds had two sharp metal bars poking out of the sides. They were covered by a blanket so I did not see them when I walked too closely to the bed. It took a gash out of my leg and bled pretty good. The bed either needs to be modified so the metal is covered properly or replaced!

Great stay, more than likely to return
Pros:

Quiet, out of the way area. Clean property, friendly staff. Space around beds were a bit tight along the walls but room spaces were good.

Cons:

Someone from the hotel knocked on our door early in the morning the day of check-out, then slipped the bill under the door. We found it unnecessary for them to knock while it was still dark out and we were asleep

Hallways & doors real loud at night plus bathroom door right at the room door when you open your room door people can see right in your bathroom if doors not closed plus you can hear everything in peoples rooms walking by …. But builders flaw

Cons:

The bathtub in our King room had a porcelain bathtub which was very slippery, so I opted not to use it, as I am 6 months post brain surgery and still have some balance issues from time to time.
