Pros:

The roots were huge nice to have a separate seeding area. Breakfast was exceptional, so that time of chain restaurant. Everything was fresh, clean. Well-organized.

Cons:

The room smelled horrible. The bathroom was very dirty and the toilet barley flushed. You have to beg to get your room cleaned. If you're wanting fresh towels daily, you will need to take the old one's downstairs to get new one's. SELF SERVICE!

The most frustrating stay I have ever had.

Cons:

We had to go to the front desk every day to get fresh linens for our room. Housekeeping never came except for on the last day to get us out of the room. We also had to take our trash out. The same towel was in the lobby bathroom for our entire stay. The pool was freezing cold the first day to which no one could swim in it and it looked very dirty. Also, every time we left our room, our room key would no longer work so we had to go to the front desk every time we exited our room because we no longer had access to it. The most frustrating stay I have ever had.

I loved the room and breakfast and the indoor pool!!!!!!

Cons:

Every thing was good. I had a little trouble at check in, where they did not have in the system that my stay was already paid and they tried to charge a different price.

Best value with 3 beds, pet friendly, full bfast
Pros:

Great rate for a room with a pull-out couch and two queen beds. Breakfast was as good as any at this price point incl scrambled eggs and bacon and fresh fruit/bread/muffins etc but no waffle machine.

Cons:

Lock had trouble working. No big deal.

I like this hotel the best, of all the ones I've stayed in OKC (and I am a frequent OKC visitor)

It worked for our needs.
Pros:

The saltwater pool, it was a little warm but still worked for our relaxation.

The website said there was a spa hot tub, but there wasn't one.

Breakfast was ok, my guests would have preferred potatoes without onions or bell peppers and actual sausage patties.

Perhaps include non-slip options for showers and turn air on prior to check-in time.
