Struttura ottima, personale non parla inglese, molto grave
Pros:

Posizione, comfort camera e pulizia ottimi. Sotto all'hotel c'è un comodissimo snodo dei principali mezzi di trasporto e la struttura si rivela particolarmente comoda anche per questo.

Cons:

Tutto il personale non parla una parola di inglese, inaccettabile per essere addetti alla reception di un hotel internazionale e non comprendere una parola di inglese. Molto grave.

Siisti huone loistavalla näkymällä ja sijainnilla.
Pros:

Loistava sijainti metroaseman vieressä. Huoneestamme oli todella hieno näkymä koko kaupungin ylle. Huone oli siisti ja tuuletus toimi. Hotellista suora pääsy isoon kauppakeskukseen.

Cons:

Kokolattiamatot ja vanhahko sisustus. Naapuriin rakennettiin parhaillaan paria uutta pilvenpiirtäjää joten näkymät tulevat kärsimään.

Pros:

расположение очень удобно. на нижних этажах много кафе, закусочных, магазинов. оченьь удобно. если метро невыходя из здания. номер отличный. вид из окна шикарный.

Cons:

есть минусы: пол в ванной ледяной, но есть тапочки, конечно. и в период нашего пребывания не работала сауна и хамам. очень расстроило. вай фай очень плохо работает. слабый сигнал

Pros:

The Location is very bustling and happening. My father and I stayed in Renaissance twice and thrice before. This time as my mother joined us, we booked a large Twin Room with Two Single Beds and City View on 37th floor. The layout and design of the room was beautiful. The Breakfast was delicious

Hotelzimmer preiswert, die Lage Top, der Service ok, das Hotel in der Infrastuktur klar im Abstieg.
Cons:

das Hotel hat einen klaren Investitionsrückstau. Vor Jahren war das Renaissence ein Oberklassehotel. Mittlerweile ist es höchsten Mittelklasse. Was uns am meisten gestört hat, war der Schimmelgeruch im Hotelzimmer. Es war ganz klar der typische Feuchtigkeitsgeruch einer über die Jahre nicht gut gewareten Infrastruktur. Man merkt im Renaissence an allen Ecken und Enden die nötige Sanierungs- und Wartungsproblemtaik (Fugen im Badezimmer haben Schimmel oder bröckeln weg, Teppiche mit starkem Staubgeruch, Hotelzimmer mit Schimmelgeruch, PErdgeschosseingang mit unausstehlichem Schimmelgeruch etc.)

Hotel muy bueno en Shanghai
Pros:

Hotel muy bueno, moderno y cómodo. Habitaciones super amplias, con vistas a la ciudad (el baño /ducha con vistas espectacular!). Encima de un centro comercial, con muchas opciones para comer, comprar. Buena ubicación (en 20 minutos den Didi en el Bund). Piscina interior grande, zona de spa y gym muy bein tambien.
