The pool room was nice
No art on the wall that you typically see in a 3 star hotel room
It was a very good location. It was close to town.
Old convention center, rooms were dated. Paint peeling off the outside windows, very old carpeting. On sunday, their front desk was closed. You had to walk over to the other hotel adjacent to it.In order to get any service.
Convenient and reasonably priced.
Somewhat outdated
Nothing
Staff unhelpful. No one was there to check us in at the desk for twenty minutes. Sign was up be back in 10 minutes. Another family came in and had to wait also. The front desk phone rang many many times during that time period. Room was old. We called in the morning to ask where the ice machine was the staff member had no clue and said let me see if I can find it on a map!! When we came down in the morning there NO ONE there!! It was like a ghost town!! Sign on registration desk said this desk is closed on Monday and Tuesday so you have to check out at the hotel next door!! The deli and gift store was also closed for two days!! Breakfast was fair and you could not find an employee to ask for milk. UNBELIEVABLE!! You need to remove this hotel from your offerings!! Horrible!!
The beds were comfy. When asked for fridge with a freezer due to diabetic supplies they brought an additional fridge/freezer. Room was clean
We were on the second floor, and the hallway carpet was wavy and very dangerous and needed to be stretched or replaced. It's an accident waiting to happen. Our toilet was very wobbly, we told the front desk, and it was never fixed during our 3-night stay, still wobbly when we left. Hopefully, that was fixed prior to the next people staying in that room.
starting to show a little age, but still a good place to rest, maybe change the sausage to bacon every other day.
The convenience of the location it was close to everything
The hotel itself was dirty, lost money in vending machine and the pool was cloudy.
It was a bit further away than I thought from my sisters
There was wrinkles throughout the carpet in all the hallways and they should be updated it looks dated and Muskie smell
Breakfast was good but would like it if it opened earlier such as 7am.
See above
Close to Gettysburg
The room, the remote was filthy, the pool was old
Clean. Older building and not a 4 star hotel but much better than I anticipated. Process great
The two hotels side by side made it a bit confusing. Not crazy about the parking lot
Near the battle fields
Needs to be renovated, its an old hotel and it shows.
Very comfortable and clean. The indoor pool and balcony was a bonus. The restaurant was excellent.
Need a bath mat in the tub since it was slippery taking a shower. Someone could easily fall in the tub.
Breakfast need to have more options. After 7 days and the same thing everyday, it began to get old. The bed was hard. When their was an fight outside my door nothing was done about it.
need better staff and that they can speak better english
Good renovation of older property. Staff was excellent. Room very clean.
Pool is not accessible (ladders only). Security is a problem (outside doors don’t all lock, room doors minimal locks).
great location - love the pool -- rooms are spacious and breakfast is good
