Great location, close to shopping and food, easy parking, superlative breakfast and a fair price.
Pros:

The breakfast was the best one I have ever experienced at a hotel. Variety, taste, presentation, staff, all were outstanding.

Fantastic staff in a really good hotel
Pros:

The staff are what makes this hotel, they could not have been kinder and spoke excellent English. I loved the restaurant balcony and view, although the cigarette smoking out there was off-putting. The room was quiet and clean. I was allowed to leave luggage until our room was ready.

Cons:

The lack of complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The quality of food could have been better.
