Kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Sehr enttäuschend 😔

Cons:

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer war sehr alt und klein. Kein Komfort wie Klimaanlage, unter dem Bettlaken war eine Art Folie. Total ungemütlich. Frühstück war auch nur Mittel zum Zweck. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Bilder weichen stark von der Realität ab.

Okay for one night after a flight

The bed wasn’t comfortable the mattress was too soft, we had to open the suitcase on the floor

Für die Durchreise ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr unkompliziert da wir auf Durchreise waren. Es fand zu diesem Zeitpunkt der Kranj Grand Prix (Radrennen) statt.

Cons:

Für den Preis war alles in Ordnung!

It was okay if you are passing through, and don't mind not being comfortable.
Pros:

1. We quite enjoyed the breakfast! It was a lovely buffet breakfast.
2. Position was fine.
3. Marko was fantastic! Thanks Marko.

Cons:

1. It was around 37 degrees, and we'd been travelling a long time, we were quite tired! The least someone can do is welcome clients. We didn't get a warm welcome when we walked in. The lady at reception was not friendly at all! Please teach her how to welcome customers!
2. When people check in, a good advice is to have cold water at reception, that's not too much to ask!
3. There was basically nobody at the bar adjoining the hotel. There was no service available, about 80% of the time! After spending a day touring, wee had to wait a long time for service! Actually, nobody helped us after a long wait, so we asked the person at reception, he then advised us to maybe use the machine that sells cold drinks.
5. So, we decided to walk around and find a place to have a drink.
6. There was no air conditioning in our room, we had a small table fan on the table.
7. The room was very small for 2 people, and we had 2 separate beds.
8. We were fortunate to meet Marko at reception that evening (we were leaving the next day). He was very kind, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks Marko. He went all out to help us, and make us feel comfotable in his country. We need people like him around!
9. When we looked out our window, we had no privacy at all.
10. Unfortunately, we won't stay at this hotel again! Not recommended!
