Please, change Gym system. Not comfortable for guests!!
Pros:

It could be 8 but very professional and welcome reception work.

Cleaning good.

Breakfasts enough but no even one change for 5 days.

Reccomendation - to use Patricia hotel by the sea. Very comfortable.

Cons:

Unbelievable strange and stupid system with Gym: you need to sign papers at reception to go to Gym.
Explanation - before 9:00 nobody is there. They call from reception to one guy who come to open Gym and you wait.

Very small gym without equipment - every time no space to work of more than 2 person.

Restaurant in the roof - you should book. Very small restaurant for such big hotel.

Ultimamente queste strutture vecchie hanno capito perfettamente che tutte le problematiche si può correggere con IL CIBO. Evviva il salmone a colazione!!!

Cons:

Tutto! Come fa a piacere una struttura che per 4 notti vi ha preso 3mila euro per essere in prima fila e non ha la vista mare? Solo laterale. Solo affacciandosi dal balcone. E va beh. Ma come si fa a dormire con il condizionatore che più rumoroso dell'elica di un elicottero? E senza si muore del caldo che fuori fa 35 gradi? Nei corridoi non c'è aria condizionata. Le cameriere arrivano tante volte stanche e sudate.
3mila euro!!! Magari sono scema io. Ma l'albergo era pieno!!! Un'esperienza da dimenticare. Non sono venuta lì per mangiare, e lo dovete capire.

Idéal pour les familles
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien configuré, adapté à tous les âges. Les piscines sont chauffées et bien entretenues.
Le petit déjeuner est un buffet copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant de la piscine également : la nourriture est très bonne et copieuse.
Le personnel est gentil, souriant et serviable.

Cons:

Pour le prix, je trouve que la chambre présentait beaucoup de petits défauts (traces aux murs, joints qui se décollent, portes qui grincent : quand on paye un prix aussi élevé on s’attend à ce que tout soit à la hauteur de ce que l’on paye.

Good hotel and nice staff but one serious issue to correct
Pros:

Nice swimming pool, bike rental, discount to private beach, excellent room and very nice and helpful staff

Cons:

I am used to expect daily complementary free water in a summer beach holiday accommodation. Especially in this heat. Outside Versilia I always get that. Here we received 1 liter the first day and were expected to pay premium for water. Not nice
